AA ubah iti tiket kot...biasa terjadi..saya dah kena 2 kali utk trip ke pekan baru dan bandung. Tapi biasa depa htr email maklumkan pertukaran date/time tu...
kalau kita rasa timing tu x sesuai dgn plan kita, kita boleh minta refund or tukar date travel within 2 weeks dr original time/date...dlm email dia ada bg lah option tu..cuba check email

nak Tanya..for this year kalau misal kata beli 20kg bag boleh ke masuk multiple bag until 20kg atau pon boleh masuk hnya 1 bag shj? sbb rasenye masa naik MAS hari tu hanya satu bag shj yg boleh check in.. pls.. help me.. |

MAS boleh check in max 2 aje..as long as within 30 kg. utk AA..penah jek check in 2 bags selagi tak lebih weight yg kita beli..nak check in lbh dari tuh tak sure lak...cuba check balik booking itinerary...kat bawah2 nun ada terms & condition so ada stated kat sana.

awal bulan mac nanti, aku akan sampai di klia2 dari kota kinabalu dgn pesawat malindo. sampai sebelum pukul 7 mlm. kemudian aku akan naik AA ke terengganu pukul 8mlm.
perlu ke aku keluar dulu dari balai ketibaan, kemudian masuk semula balai perlepasan. atau semasa di balai ketibaan, aku terus cari gate perlepasan utk AA ke terengganu. xde beg yg perlu check in. |
