spoiler EP 9
It starts of with Sekime telling everyone that the new teacher coming and Nakatsu says "Well you all know what to do" (they are so evil)
The teacher comes in and they are all kind of surprised cause as one of them points out he's "Ikemen", he does not smile (for the entire episode!) the students do the same thing to him as they did to Mizuki with all the balls flying at him and the pan but the hit the deputy principal guy instead.
Nakatsu says something that catches the teachers attention and he asks nakatsu who he is, Nakatsu does his big long introduction saying how great he is and the teacher is just like "I'll remember you well" then walks out, Aura-boy reads his aura
In the cafeteria some dorm 2 boys are pretending to play guitar - only nanba has a real one - the other dorms come in and we are introduced to this weeks competition something about after the tests a live performance
Later Nakatsu and Mizuki are studying Nakatsu comes close to ask about a question and when Mizuki complains about his closness he says skinship is very important, Sano come in while Nakatsu has his arm around Mizuki and there is a flash of jelousy, the three are studying and Nakatsu falls asleep so Sano flicks his forhead
Test day 1 while the papers are being handed out an answer sheet? "flies" unseen onto Nakatsu's desk, during the test the teacher finds it and accuses him of cheating and talks to him after class but Nakatsu claims to be innocent, when he gets back to the class he finds all his classmates are behind him and even Sano has gathered something for him. Nakatsu hugs Sano (funny moment  man-love!)
The teacher is in his room remebering a person being stabbed, then Umeda comes in talks to him and grabs his butt (haha the man-love is everywhere!)
Nanba watches the other dorms practicing and dorm 2 tries to decide what to do, some song they skate to gets a no, sekime and someone try to do a rap but that fails to so Mizuki grabs Nakatsu and suddenly they are dressed up and shes talking all rock and roll. Nakatsu is obviously preoccupied but Mizuki says if Nakatsu doesnt do it as well I cant enjoy it. so Nakatsu joins in.
Later Nakatsu and Mizuki are studying again Mizuki is listening to something with giant headphones and eyes closed and Nakatsu goes of in his own world again remembering what she said etc, while he is doing this Sano comes in but Nakatsu doesnt notice, Nakatsu goes in to Mizuki for the kiss  but Sano karate chops him from behind and makes him unconscious 
At the end of test day 2 the teacher takes nakatsu to talk to him again and Mizuki gathers people from all the dorms to try and work out something to do. There is an appearance from a new machine that finds culprits. The 3 heads appear and Nanba points out there is no point in finding a culprit. Nakatsu comes in and is putting on a brave face saying not to worry etc.
The competition begins and Tennouji is singing but the teacher comes and stops it. Nanba confronts him, the teacher knows Nanbas name already because he is on his black list. Nanba and most others walk off then Oscar comes out singing some song about a bear then notices what going on and walks out again.
There is an Umeda and Akiha scene (man I can never work these two out he hits her with a clipboard and she kisses him on the check and he like dies but come back with more strength)
In the class a few students are fighting over a guitar, the teacher comes in and sees this and has another flashback of the guy getting stabbed and this time we see he is holding a guitar and playing a concert. The teacher goes and throws the guitar out the window "If you have time to play guitar then study!"
Sano confronts Nakatsu about what happened with the teacher and Nakatsu tells him that the teacher is telling him to sign a peice of paper saying he did it or he wont be able to play in soccer games. Mizuki hears this and gets angry saying it unforgivable and what not. Nakatsu says that hell do it cause hes aiming for the world cup so soccer is most important.
Nanba comes out of the dorm in the morning with sekime and a big hello to the girls that are usually there but this time there is no one there. The teacher is trying to stop it all and has a confrontation with hibari and the hibari 4 and the Nanba comes along and has a playful go at him too.
Nakatsu with the teacher and is about to sign the peice of paper when Mizuki come in and stops him telling the teacher hes made a mistake. The teacher seems to think mizuki is suspicious and asks her if she has a knife and he grabs he trying to make her show him what she is hiding. Nakatsu grabs the teacher of Mizuki and yells at him.
Sekime runs into the classroom to tell everyone Nakatsu has been expelled?
Mizuki is sitting on a bench outside crying by herself and Sano comes. She says its all her fault but Sano says its not and to stop making that face then he puts his arma round her and holds her to him (  awww everybody feel the love!!)
Sano goes to ask Umeda if he know anything and Akiha comes in and says she was the teachers classmate
Meanwhile Mizuki is begging the teacher to let Nakatsu go and Nakatsu comes in and tells her to stop.
Also at this time all the dorm students gather and march to do something but come across the dorm heads in their student council uniforms (the all wear it in a different way that suits their character very very HOT/COOL! )
Mizuki, Nakatsu and the teacher are talking when the 3 dorm heads come in and say that if he doesnt let nakatsu go then every student will quit the school. The teacher is saying I didnt make a mistake and grabs Nanbas shirt while talking to him then Sano comes in and grabs the teachers hand that held Nanba and says "We are not your younger brother!" The teacher leaves "I may have made a mistake etc" all the students were waiting outside the door (dorm 1 singing)
Mizuki asks Sano about the teachers brother and Sano says he was stabbed while he was in high school. The teacher then comes and explains everything and says to appologise? to Nakatsu for him and leaves. Mizuki says that guys not so bad after all, they sit down and then Mizuki says oh I have to go tell Nakatsu but as she gets up Sano grabs her hand and says stay here for just a bit longer or something along those lines so she sits and they have an akward moment, then Sano gets up and says I have to go practise and then stops and says "good luck in the live performance Mizuki" and leaves and mizukis He calles me Mizuki! (super happy face!)
Umeda takes the teacher to see the performance. Nakatsu says a bit and the he and Co are singing the theme song and they get Sano up on stage with them.
The teacher talks about making a mistake etc and Umeda says Its not to late then gives him the look and grabs his ass again
There is a scene between Sano and Kagazakura but i didnt really understand what he was talking about (if anyone can enlighten me that would be great!)
Nakatsu goes into Sano and Mizukis dorm room looking for that good old shampoo no one there but someone in showere so he uses his ruler to unlatch it and is reaching in for shampoo when turns to see Mizuki in all her glory as a female, he carefully backs out and leans against the door saying "Mizuki is......a female?"
