The accusation of paedophilia towards the prophet of Islam cannot stand the ground as long as Jubair ibn Mut'am comes into play significantly as an earlier pre-arranged suitor for the hand of Ayeshah.
Debmey by using Al-Bukhari's recording of Hisham and Urwa's 6 and 9 year old age tabulation for the marriage association with prophet Mohammad, cannot "make the math meet" as for sure, if Ayeshah was betrothed to prophet Mohammad at the age of 6, would have to tally with her return age from Habshah where she had left for 3 years ago, after the fallout from the marriage to Jubair ibn Mut'am.
Ayeshah by simple math had to be 3 years old when she started off the journey into Habshah. So by logic, she must have been betrothed off to Jubair either while in the womb [ no ultrasound back then] or when she was in her first 12 months as a newborn? Now I ask of Debmey and all of you - does that make any sense at all? We very well know that it was no Arabic culture, pre nor post-Islamic culture to marry off daughters at ages before 3.
I've been told by a Lebanese brother that Hisham and Urwa were Shia. Anybody knows any facts on this piece of information? As for Debmey, he's now very sore and lost in the wilderness of Beersheeba, as finally out goes his accusation of paedophilia over prophet Mohammad.

A few days have passed already and no response from Debmey. It is not like Debmey and his pack to remain quiet unless they've been defeated. I take it that Debmey has conceded defeat by failing to prove the case of paedophilia on Prophet Mohammad. Praise be upon the prophet of Islam.

It can't be clearer from Al Bukhari vol. 7, #65 and vol. 7, #88. There are many more corrobarating verses. Are you saying these verses are wrong? |

"Narrated Urwa: "The prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).""

"Narrated Aisha that the prophet wrote the marriage contract with her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: "I have been informed that Aisha remained with the prophet for nine years (i.e. till his death).""
