Kebanyakkan Pilot AA semuanya Muda2 je...... Tp dah diorang yg bawak, mesti lah ada tanggungjawab terhadap pesawat yg mereka bawak. Dah mereka  (pilot) juga ada hak utk tidak membawa pesawat terbabit jika ada keraguan.

Pilot pun pikir jugak nyawa dia sendiri masa bawa pesawat. So, yakin je, xde apa2 lah tu..

First time naik Air Asia X last month to Melbourne.
Mula2 memang risau sangat takut tak selesa,delay etc...frankly speaking banyak sangat terpengaruh dengan cakap2 orang fasal AA ni.
Tapi sejak my hubby kerja with AA ni kena terbang with AA saja before this with all premium airlines..again because my hubby kerja with the airlines.

But i;m so surprised...selesa sungguh naik AA ni. I ambil normal seat saja yer...not premium seat. Ruang kaki pun besar and seat pun comfortable exactly like other airlines yg I pernah naik mcm MH,SQ,EK etc

Mind you I pun pernah juga naik LCC like JetAir,RyanAir etc but for AA still the best.
Mamat sebelah i hari tu Austrialian businessman dia cakap dia naik AA ni tak mcm naik LCC because seat,stewardess as par as Qantas he said.Beside food kena bayar tu saja yg dia terasa naik LCC.

According to my husband AA memang tukar banyak aicraft dia yg baru sekarang ni seat pun tukar yg baru juga sebab tu memang selesa sekarang ni fly with AA.

Stewardess pun very helpful,friendly and nice.

rasanya MAS sgt tercabar oleh peningkatan AA

Cuz as much as i enjoy the cheap fare, i do not compromise on safety.

i have travelled with AA many times, dari zaman student hingga la zaman dah beranak pinak...alhamdulillah to me the only problem i faced with AA is in terms of punctuality.  But it has improved over time

But to do justice to AA, i dah pernah naik Ryan Air, Easyjet, Flybe and many more budget airline masa travel di Europe, but i feel AA is above the par.
i bukan tak pernah complaint pasal AA ni, banyak kali dah, siap email kat Dato' Tony lagi (and he responded, mind you), but my complaints were mainly on their services; last minute information on flight changes etc...

But, i would like the know how far is the claim that AA is not safe (as mentioned in this thread) because safety is no hanky panky issue. we're talking about life here.

and for someone who's in medical line (i know nothing about TAT and what not), i do take matters relating to LIFE seriously, so that brings me to the ultimate question, is it safe to board AA plane?

    How do we do that? And if orang kementerian tanya, where did we get the info from, takkan nak cakap from forum. Banyak yang anonymous sini...if they're to do investigation pun, there must be a solid ground...

nak tanya kat thread AA ni.  
kalau kata promosi AA buka jam 0700 pagi, makna nya kita boleh isi siap siap tak date, nama dsb nya sebelum jam 0700 pagi tu.  bila jam 0700 aje kita terus tekan continue untuk bayaran.  

kepada sesiapa yg dah berjaya booking tiket promo tu boleh lah bagi tips sikit.  thanks.

    Thats why i'm hoping the person who made the claim could clarify on this. Sebab i tak reti nak "read between the lines". My interpretation & assumptions could just be wrong....

    Salam ak Hajar, saya dah pernah try kaedah akak tu, taip in nama siap2, but bila click, saya still tak dapat harga promo. in fact that split of seconds, do make a difference.

saya try masa saya promo 8 dec hari tuh, nak gi Shanghai. masa tu, saya dah tau awal2 yang harga promo paling rendah ke Shanghai is RM199. saya key in around 11.59 pm time tu (promo start 12pm), then tepat 12.00 pm saya click tapi tak dapat harga promo. harga promo biasa (RM349). so saya refresh page, masukkan tarikh yang sama saya nak as earlier, masa tu dah around 12pm, 12.01pm, then saya dapat harga promo paling rendah tu...
