Badan kau mmg sejak azali saiz budak skolah rendah & leper. Makan salad ke nasi ke gitu la jugak. aku suka tgk Datin Atikah Suhaimi, sempoi je. Pastu mknan dia mmg bnyk sayur & wajib ada telor mata

Tin tan, iols nak dah masuk 45, mengandung 4 kali, beranak 3 kali baru start minggu ni dinner dgn salad. Doakan akak istiqomah. Berat iols lepas beranak tiga 44kg tinggi 150,sebabkan i ni renek, i ols motibasi diri supaya tak jadi macam nek mah. Jadi lepas raya ni baju dah start muat2 je kat badan, terpaksa la i korbankan mkn nasi 3 kali sehari tu.

Yang makan macamtu dari dulu okay la. Tapi yang makan semata2 nak turunkan berat mmg tk jadi pun untuk dorang last2 back to normal jgk better makan je apa yang nak makan tapi portion kena control la supaya tak lebih kalori yang sepatutnya diambil

Makanan tu tak salah pun kan tp yang makan tu tk control tu la naik berat mendadak lagi2 lepas raya ni. Makan je la apa2 tp jgn berlebihan pstu exercise la paling2 pun 3 times a week maintain je la badan nya

Lagi senang nak menten sayuran hijau.
Ambil je clorofyl drink. Alaa beli je kat guardian or pharmacy ada. Lagi senang tuang je dalam air dan minum.
