Go Go Nak kurus ni sebenarnya kena kuat je. sebab nak kena jaga makan yang paling utama kan. 80% pemakanan 20% exercise..

Kalau badan gemok tapi buat squat mmg tak jadi apa.. i buat tu masa berat i below 55kg.. tgh kurus.. for info i 161cm

ai bkn gemuk tp tlebih kurus sbnrnye..konon nk body yg nicely shaped, tu yg nk wat squad..tp nmpk cm same je..
