SS501's Tokyo Concerts Gathered 12,000 Fans
At three continuous concerts held in Japan by five-member group SS501, the topic of the sold-out tickets revealed their popularity in Japan.
SS501's managing company DSP.Ent expressed, "There was a total of 3 concerts, the tickets for each concert was completely sold-out. Approximately 12,000 fans came wielding green lightsticks to support this live concert."
(SS501) used the theme of "SS501 2008 Japan Tour Grateful Days Thanks For" at the concerts on the 12th-13th held in Tokyo's JCB Hall. Using their Japanese album's title song "Live!" as the opening, they performed Japanese songs such as "Kokoro", "Distance", "Lucky Days"; and they also performed Korean songs such as "Deja Vu" and "A Song Calling For You" for a total of 18 songs.
DSP expressed that the concerts this time allowed the SS501 members to interact with the fans on an even closer level. At the concert, they even used Japanese to carry on daily dialogues with the fans.
SS501 finished their Tokyo concerts. They will also hold two days of concerts at Osaka's Hatch Hall.
