Park Jungmin of SS501 has signed an exclusive contract with Sony Music Taiwan.
Although, this is just a 3rd party agency in Park Jung Min's part.
Sony Music Korea said on the 3rd, " Park Jung Min has signed with Sony Taiwan, But that has nothing to do with his activities in South Korea. Park Jung Min signing witn Sony Taiwan is just to control his activities and agreements in Taiwan and on releasing an album in Taiwan. Also, Park Jung Min has business in Taiwan such as his shopping mall and such".
Park Jung Min signed with Sony Music Taiwan is just to represent him on his international activities, and it is common for local artists to sign with international labels. Just like how SM Entertainment is being represented by Avex with their artist's activities in Japan.
Although, Park Jung Min has not yet decided on his agency in South Korea. Park Jung Min debuted with SS501 and their contract has expired already earlier this month, Kim Hyun Joong has already signed with KeyEast Entertainment.
DSP Entertainment officials have said their side on this, "There has been a draft of the renewal of contract made on the 29th of June regarding the future of SS501, however the other four member's have not decided yet. Kim Hyung Joon is continuing his DJ activities with SBS Music High, Young Saeng and Kim Kyu Joong with Park Jung Min are taking a break for a while before they will decide".
So far, Park Jung Min has not decided on an agency he will sign with in South Korea. There are possibilities for the four members to renew their contract with DSP Entertainment or to another agency.
The future of SS501 is still yet to be determined.

There has been rumors that SS501 member Park Jung Min has signed an exclusive contract with an oversea's agency, but Park Jung Min explains that "I have not entered a contract to be in that state".
Park Jung Min on the 3rd of July at 1:51 pm KST on the official website of SS501 explaining the rumor of him signing an exclusive contract with Sony Music Taiwan, "I have received many offers from different agencies, But I still have not answered" he explained further, "Us members are still going to consult with each other until we make a decision"
Following this, Park Jung Min said, "I will formally notify you what my standing is".
He also said, "As a member of SS501 I am still under DSP Entertainment as well as my activities abroad. It is true that all these rumors are not true".
Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong has moved to KeyEast Entertainment.

As SS501, the contracts for all members
Even though it is true that there were offers made from our current company and from other large management companies in Korea,
All of them fell through.
And at the moment I have not signed contract with anyone yet,

I said…I will reply after I discussed with our members. Currently, I have not given a reply yet.
If we were to sign a contract, we will let everyone know officially.

Key East, “If Kim HyunJoong wishes to, we will support SS501 group activity”
The new agency to singer actor Kim HyunJoong voiced about the future plans to SS501, “We will support the decision of Kim HyunJoong.”
On KBS 2TV Entertainment Weekly aired on 3rd July, an official from Key East was featured for a phone interview. It was known that SS501 leader Kim HyunJoong has signed up with Key East previously on 29th June for an exclusive contract. SS501 previously came back with a new album last month but ended promotional activities for it after just 2 weeks. With Kim HyunJoong moving to a new agency, there has been great interests as to the future plans for the remaining 4 members.
The Key East rep commented, “Currently, Kim HyunJoong wishes to continue his group activities. We will support his decisions no matter what it is. Even if it is group activities, we will give him our full support.”
