weekend br ni teruja sgt nk buat choc. cake yg ada buttermilk nk dijadikan sbg buah tgn anak sedara hubby.. adunan nyer dpt byk, sy bkr dlm loyang bulat 9", mula2 naik cantik pastu terbelah kat atas.. dah cukup masa, cucuk kat yg terbelah tu tak masak lg, tambah ms bakar lg, cucuk lg tak masak juga, tambah lagi sampai dah keras le kat atas tu br sy tutup, nape yek jd camtu, .. bila dah sejuk sikit kuar kan dr loyang tu , bentuk dan rupanyer x berapa cantik... tp lembut n sedap juga.. moist

sebenarnyer nk tanya pd yg dah biasa buat kek koko buttermilk ni, korang pukul pakai mixer ke dgn tgn je, sbbnyer resipi ni suruh kita cmpurkan bhn kering dulu pastu br bhn basah.. so kalau pukul pakai handmixer tu berterabur le bhn kering dia kan, so sy pukul pakai tgn masalahnyer pulak bila dah tambah bhn basah jd payah nk pukul (x berapa sebati), so cupcake you buat mcm mana yek? blh share petua2 / tips nyer tak..

tips tu takdelah tapi Cup mmg ikut sebijik- sebijik instruction dalam resipi tu..mula2 dia suruh campur semua bahan keringkan dan gaul dgn mixer..Cup mmg guna mixer utk sebatikan bahan2 kering tapi guna speed yg paling minimum..so far takdelah pula berterabur tepung2 tu..

mmg semua process campur mencampur Cup guna hand mixer..Jgn guna speed yg paling tinggi ya..guna low or medium ja..

takpun masa nak sebatikan bahan kering tu gunalah whisk ke/spatula..then masa nak add bahan2 basah tu baru guna mixer..

adunan kek ni mmg tersgtlah cair dan banyak..kalau guna loyang kecik boleh dpt 2 biji kek..

saya guna suhu 150'C utk bakar kek..bila tgk kek dah naik sikit Cup turunkan ke 140'C..bila dah lebih kurang 50 minit bila Cup test (cucuk dgn cake tester) still tak masak lagi Cup turunkan suhu lagi atau pun tutup dgn aluminium foil..

sue kalo guna whipping cream, sue wat camni

masak whipping cream atas api perlahan (direct atas api yer bukan double boil)
bila dah naek bubble, masukkan cooking choc
tutup api. kacau sebati
baru masukkan butter
siap....

buat lagi devil choc cake tp kali ni customer request nk topping choc ganache aje..cam biasa guna resepi sue _ rans utk topping
resepinya-di translate ikut pemahaman ku..hehehe

A)
1 1/2 cwn butter
2 1/4 gula kaster
4 biji telur

B)
3/4 cwn koko*
3/4 cwn air panas*  bancuh 3 bhn ni & ketepikan
3/4 cwn buttermilk* (3/4 cwn susu cair + 1sudu bsr cuka)

C)
3 cwn tepung gandum *
1 sudu teh baking powder*
1 sudu teh bikarbonat * (yg ni suka ati aje nak menambah..heheh)
secubit garam (tak letak pun)
Ayak semua bahan2 ini.
1 sudu teh esen vanila

cara2
1.Pukul bhn A hingga gula hancur.

2.masukkan bahan B diikuti C dan 1 sudu teh esen vanila..gaul rata.

3.bakar hingga masak...ikut oven masing2 ya!.

    cup, second time guna resipi ni, better dr yg first time, bakar dlm 3 jenis loyang (petak, bujur, bulat)   kek yg dlm loyang petak tu x cukup msk tengahnyer tp sy kuar kan jg, bila dah sejuk ok pulak ... tp tersengeh nyer tetap ada...
sy suka resipi ni sbb kek tak berderai and lembut, lg lama lg moist...
