anis,terkena resepi karipap x jadi eh..saya ni dah 3 kali terkena resepi dari Rasa dan Chocolate Temptation...tak jadi..bila google tgk mmg jauh beza sukatan dan teknik...harga buku bukan murah..frust..saya sekarang takbeli dah buku resepi..

opss teroff topiklah...forum cari gak best..

Itu lah Bj....hampa jerr , yerlah, yg bagi resepi tu tarap chef kan sekali cenggitu jadinya...kdg2 resepi kat buku, majalah ni kan leh ikut sgt..kdg2 tu ada yg x logik gak..kalau x ikhlas nak share, baik x yah share kan..

penah gak bli kompilasi mskn dr 1 mjlh trkenal..resepi2 kuih.kuih nye tak jadi.bila pikir2 mmg bhnnya mcm tk logik je.dlm ni gak rujukan terbaik

still guna resepi karipap kak lela by pnut. campak semua bahan dalam mixer and uli sampai doh lembut.  1kg tepung dapat 80pcs karipap. besar2 and gemok2.

nk tanya otai2..nk buat karipap segera, buat byk2 pastu simpan dlm freezer, time nk mkn just goreng je..karipaptu perlu goreng separuh masak duluke? rasanya mcm tak payahkan?? donatje yg perlu buat gitu..

marsh, kalau achik buat hat frozen, mmg goreng half cooked.
letak dalam bekas bertutup and
simpan dalam fridge...tahan laa about 2-3 weeks..

   kalo akak nak wat frozen, akak bakar dlm oven je...agak2 dah  kuning2 skit jadilah janji bila ditindih tak meleka...akak tak suka goreng half cook sbb serap minyak...gud luck.

akak dulu belajar klim karipap nak tau camner... akak gentel2 tudung yg akak pakai ..pastu dah confident baru akak klim sendiri...misi berjaya...kalo nak guna acuan, nak katup jgn terbukak tu sapu skit air bancuhan tpg jagung..tu yg biras akak biasa buat le....sbb dia meniaga karipap ....

ooo...tu cara bljr ya..kena try & error..kita pnh tgk sdara buat klim karipap..entah lah tgn ni pyh je nk buat jd..lps tu cpt rsa ptus asa...Ooo....jd kalu guna acuan tu ada gam' lah ya...TQ kak..nanti nk try lah..beria beli mesin mee konon nk buat karipap..sudahnya mesin tu dlm kotak lagi..betapa dh lama dlm tu huhuhu

jari jemari tu kena pandai main ...insyaAllah mesti berjaya....dulu jenuh gak akak ajar biras lagi sorang klim karipap...memang le buruk skit dia buat sbb tebal klimnya...lama2 ok dah...praktis make perfect.

terbelah dua...hari tu ingat nak cepat, try la kepit guna acuan plastik tu...huh...abis terbukak...last2 sekarang
ni klim balik...lagi cepat...
