Sekalipun kalau kita ada point nak cakap, kalau kalimat bahasa yg disampaikan dgn kasar, pointnya tak sampai sebab orang lebih terpengaruh dgn gaya bahasanya, bukan isi kalimatnya.
Allah memberi kita mulut dan lidah untuk menutur kata2 dengan baik. Budaya melayu kita juga mengajar kita untuk bercakap dgn bahasa yg elok. Maka terciptalah pantun" yg kurik itu kendi yg merah itu saga, yg cantik budi, yg indah itu bahasa". Ada lagi peribahasanya: kerana pulut santan binasa......, kalimat kata2 itu lebih tajam daripada pedang. Semua itu mengingatkan kita supaya berhati2 tatkala mengeluarkan cakap, jangan sampai ada perasaan orang yg terhiris dek kalimat kita, yg pada akhirnya juga merendahkan martabat kita sendiri.
Kita tak mengharapkan orang untuk menyanjung kedudukan kita tapi paling tidak pun jangan sampai orang melabelkan kita sbg orang yg 'kurang ajar'. Tak ade orang suka. U have sopmething to say, say it nicely n politely. Kalau tidak diam itu terlebih baik. Wallah huwa'lam.

Remains yet to be ascertained as co-pilot’s, says HKL officer
KUALA LUMPUR: Mystery still shrouds the identity of the sixth victim of the helicopter crash which killed Tan Sri Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis.
A Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) spokesman said her identity had yet to be ascertained to be Aidana Baizieva as reported by the media.
“We are also unsure of the victim’s gender. We can confirm that a group of people who arrived at the morgue this morning (yesterday) was from the Kyrgyzstan embassy,” she said.
The spokesman also said that the US Embassy was preparing the necessary paperwork before claiming the remains of pilot Captain Clifford Fournier.
Yesterday, a woman believed to be a relative of Baizieva’s arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital’s mortuary to assist with investigations.
She arrived at the morgue at about 10.45am yesterday with a Kyrgyzstan embassy official. The woman refused to speak to reporters, who were barred from entering the premises.
Baizieva was earlier reported to be the helicopter’s co-pilot.
Kyrgyzstan Ambassador to Malaysia Kylychbek Sultanov said in an interview that his embassy was working to confirm the sixth passenger’s identity via DNA, and the results would be known within the next few days.
He added that Baizieva’s father has been informed and arrangements would be made for him to come here to claim the body once it was ascertained that it was her.
“He does not believe it is his daughter,” he added.
Sultanov said Baizieva did not register with the embassy, so details about her were sketchy for now.
However, he said Baizieva had graduated from SEGI University last year and had been working as a restaurant manager in Malaysia.
He added that the embassy could not release a photograph of her until officials are sure of the identity of the person.
Asked if Baizieva was a friend of the pilot, he said the embassy was investigating why she was on the helicopter.
Bukit Ibam assemblyman Datuk Wan Kadri Wan Mahusain, who had disembarked from the helicopter in Muadzam Shah in Rompin less than an hour before Saturday’s crash, said he did not know the woman who was seated beside the pilot in the cockpit.
“I had never met her before and I didn’t ask who she was. The helicopter company should know better on this,” he said.
Selangor police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Samah Mat said the authorities needed a family member to provide a DNA sample to HKL as the woman who came to the hospital earlier claimed to be only a step-sister of the sixth passenger.

yg gigih nak dtg kelm mayat heshe pun pihak embassy dan katanya bapa heshe ada datang dari US untuk klem body.
