Hari ahad lepas...lepas baca resepi kat majalah saji, ada satu resepi dari chef Zam...karipap lapis rangup...ditunjukkan kat situ gambar karipap berlapis2 aka karipap pusing.anis baca resepi tu terdetik, ehh, senangnya nak wat karipap berlapis mcm karipap pusing nih, tak perlu adunan A dan B...dah jadi karipap berlapis2 mcm karipap pusing tu..so, anis try ler buat separuh adunan (resepi 1kg, anis buat 500gm)...ikut sebijik sejiban...masa goreng jadi karipap biasa jer...tak berlapis2 pun...kemudian tak rangup langsung...liat...frust jer masa tu..masa tu test buat 16 biji jer dulu, suami komplen, doh dia tak sedap, tak rangup mcm biasa buat.Frust dgn adunan banyak lagi...anis terus buat doh tepung +shortening...jadi lah adunan A dgn adunan B...terus jadi karipap pusing yg rangup sampai ke petang..suami pun cakap sedap sgt compare sebelum2 ni buat..

Saya pun ada tgk resepi tuu..ekceli resepi2 lain pun ada gak baca..
tapi musykil sangat-sangat sbb kaedah dia tu mcm meragukan..
ada satu resepi roti tuu..roti bluberi kalau tak silap..
ni kalau buat kompem tak jadik..100%!
pastu yg lawaknya, kalau tgk bahan-bahan masakan lagik la kontra nya dgn gambar..
gambar masakan cthnya ayam la katakan..
kat gambar bukan main merah menyala ayam tuu mcm masak merah la kekdahnya..
tapi bahan langsung takde cabai, takde cili giling..mcm pelik sgt2..
tolonglah..kalau nk share resepi tu biarlah ikhlas..
kalau setakat nk berahsia, baik tak payah share..

Betul tu kak kacip....mmg byk resepi yg meragukan...roti blueberry tu mcm pelik kan..gambor rupa lain, resepi arahan lain...tak ikhlas berkongsi...itulah jadinya...takut org lain buat jualan gamaknya....tapi resepi karipap berlapis tu mmg pelik sgt lah..gambor bukan kemain lagi tunjuk karipap berlapis2 mcm karipap pusing...tifu jerrr....tapi kek coklat yg ada milo tu anis dah try...mmg marbeles.

Askum...saya nak tanya kenapa kalau saya buat karipap pusing masa tengah goreng selalunya lapisnya tertanggal dan satu lagi kat mana silapnya ya kalau saya buat karipap biasa inti sardin semasa goreng mesti ada yang terbukak @ pecah kat tepi kelimnya, menyebabkan minyak kotor.

resepi karipap biase kt page mane ye?
ada resepi buat karipap biase ni guna air sejuk or minyak panas kan, jkorang buat guna cara camner? tgh carik resepi karipap biase yg crispy la kulit die even kalau tinggal lamaaa

    karipap pusing tu kulit tanggal kat pusar tu biasa mungkin terlalu nipis masa mencanai or minyak inti masuk kat kulit so kat kelim n lapisan kulit terbuka bila menggoreng.

karipap biasa pun kalau buh inti yg berminyak bila kelim .. kelim tu akan terbuka bila menggoreng. so kalau boleh bila buat inti jgn berminyak.. inti sadin selalu jd mcm ni ... sebab tu jarang org nak buat karipap pusing inti sadin.

for info.. dewi buat inti karipap mmg tak pernah tumis ( no minyak) . dewi rebus jer ( keledek buh dlm kuali uh aras paras keledek buh rempah kari. isi ayam / daging rebus sampai kering n pekat n lembut ubi tu. last br campur bawang besar dadu n tabur daun sup & bawang) . mmg sah tak berminyak. can do the same kalau inti kentang sadin.

inti resepi mak...

kulit resepi sweetlily... lum goreng lg... dah snap gmbr tp bluetut xleh pakai plak...

nnt azz post gmbr kapan2...

wahhhhhhhh sedap nyer karipap2 tu semua...tiba2 jer terliur karipap & rs nk buat sdr..lebih2 lg smlm member ada bli giant karipap kt blakang IB jln tun razak..besar gilos x tau brp juta sebijik...tekak ni rs mmg best la...sape kwn2 yg pernah mkn karipap tu leh bg komen x? coz suka kulit yg mcm tu style lama punyer....so kalau ada resepi sape yg leh dpt kulit mcm tu...

lg 1...sy ni x reti nk ulit/gentel tepi2 karipap tu la...byk kali try x pernah jd..frust je...
