For all her curves, reality television appearances and high-profile marriages, Kim Kardashian has never been known, or taken seriously, for her fashion sense. That is, until she met Kayne West.
Since the 31-year-old first landed on our screens in 2007, she has gone from a sex-tape star, to a mainstream reality TV personality, and Kris Humphries ex-wife; titles she has embraced while clad in tastelessly colourful dresses, micro-miniskirts and cleavage baring low cut tops.
Now, jaunting around Paris couture fashion week, Kim is trying on a high-fashion hat for size, thanks to her new relationship with the infamous rapper and his obvious influence on her carefully curated ensembles.
Reminiscent of Victoria Beckham's fashion overhaul, easily one of the most seamless celebrity career and style transitions recorded, Kim has successfully said goodbye to her cleavage and embraced her curves with entirely new demurely sexy wardrobe.
Although her pout, heavy mascara and voluptuous figure remain; gone are the colourful dresses, plunging necklines, curled hair extensions and leopard print platform heels. She is taking this fashion thing seriously.
She has swapped colour and animal prints for a subdued, but punchy, monochrome palette; her plunging necklines have been replaced with consistent collar-bone skimming necklines; and her hair, now sleek and straight, pulled back or classically middle-parted, resembles Posh's bared-back, severe styles.
Thought to wear a size 32DD bra, Kim spent the better part of four years flaunting her bust in low-cut, figure-hugging, and often tiny dresses.
