sorry I still can't get the real picture of ur main problem... would u mind telling me in which airport actually do u experienced the ILS problem...
I try that within my FS...
btw... I'm pretty aware of some folks complained to me very recently, that my scenery is having this kind of hitches as well,
frankly, I acknowledged all the hitches  |

I would say, i experienced this problm at all airport in mesia n including wsss.
Normally, when i select IFR for my flight, when reaching the destination, the ATC will ask me to expect vector ILS runway XX..but recently, the ATC does not only asked me to expect vector visual runway XX, but also other pilots..i mean, AI pilots.. |

yup!... that's the point I'm asking u in which airport you'd experiences those problem...
I'm very damn sure, those problem are caused by my scenery...

frankly... it has something to do with my LWM & VTP scenery.... found in your Asia\Scenery... folder
priestly... all my scenery files starting with APxxxxxx.bgl...

these AP*.bgl file are represent the airport data files... including objects coded within the airport records thru VisualModel and TaxiwaySign
subrecords, this include all the navigational system such as ILS, VOR, NDB, vectors, n so on...
the problem occurs when I'm doing the de-compilation process to the original scenery files... it is only recently I acknowledge this problem,
the crap start with the decompile tool I used, it ignore data from the ILS and some vector visual approach information's to be left onto my decompile source codes...
so there's the problem... some but NOT ALL navigational data are missing include ILS and vector visual approaches...
very technically... those AP*.BGL's I mentioned above are most probably affected, these are airport files comprise in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei... that are packed in my LWM & VTP scenery for Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei, circulated at AVSIM, Flightsim.com and other major FS sites as well... like I said fixes will be available soon I finished my recent scenery project.
the fixes can be done in two ways...
the advance way, (reason that you still want to use my scenery)
the most appropriate method is replace the listed AP*.BGL's with the original file,
but yet you still experience some minor navigational system if you are expect vector ILS runways...
mainly for WBSB, WBGR, WBGS, WBGG WBKL & WBKK.
but to be on a safe place... the most basic is refer to my post #977
if you find difficulty to find the original AP*.BGL's... pm me your email address, then I send you ASAP. |

gmbr 2: hint dari AI Aircrafts...
my fast guess... problem nih berpunca dari AFCAD file (if u r using one),
and secondly u might use the default flatten (LWM scenery)... look for this file (FL978300.bgl) at ur FS2004\Scenery\Asia\scenery... folder
give me the detail about that file... size (KB) date (modified)
btw.. ada tak ko pakai memane addon mesh terrain scenery... pls indicate if u r using one!
secondly... aku nak tau ur aircraft actual attitude kat airport tu... this is very essential to determine what goes wrong!
would u mind within FS while kt MYY airport tu... tekan Shift Z (at once)
this will shows ur actual location, altitude, heading & airspeed... (normally text yg kaler merah topmost of ur FS GUI)... I need these info
if not burden paste another 2 or 3 screenies with the info's I mentioned above (the red text)...
aku nak ur screenies location tu (aircraft location) exactly...
1. kt middle of runway,
2. apron area (depan MYY terminal or any gate)
3. end of runway (start location)
I can't do this inside my FS, sbb my MYY takde problem camni...
lastly... kalu ko pakai memane MYY AFCAD file... send a copy to me thru email, then I'll check the hitches... |
