maybe dia bising sbb dia mkn kat MO..kalau kat warung2 biasa xkan dia nk bising mcm tu...rm40 semangkok...perghhh kalau xsedap haruslah bising

i rasa stok chef2 ni memang sensitip bab merasa makan..
lagi la makanan warisan turun-temurun..
takyah jauh2 la tengok nenek2 kita kalau makan tak kena rasa membebel juga..

tak perlu lah terikut2 sangat dengan tekak orang luar sampai melacurkan makanan sendiri.
sebab orang luar berebut2 nak cari yang rasa authentic.
kalau di Oz ni mat saleh lagi pandai cari dan demand satay dan murtabak yang authentic..

iols ada kenal satu chef ni kat sebuah hotel di shah alam. dia soft spoken jaaaaa.
tapi kat kitchen, terjerit jerit

chefwan, ko msk sedap, ko buatla sendiri. sbb orang lain tak power mcm ko.. satu lagi jgn komplen harganya rm40, ko bukan mkn tepi jalan, orang lain pun tak kisah byr rm40, dorang bukan kisah sgt same ke tak same, janji kenyang. aku pun takkan mkn kat tempat yg mahal, sbb tu aku tak pernah mkn hotel, aku pun bukan orang kaya. semoga terus berjaya..

teguran ikhlas dari saya, insan yg tak pandai memasak..

chef2 ni dah belajar masak tinggi2 tapi masak cam hado memang mengundang laharan lah

Aku penah sembang dengan sorang chef hotel, 3 bintang jah..tapi dia kata kadang2 chef kena 'melacurk ...


ada betul gak tu. tp cukuplah melacurkan resepi sampai hilang rasa authentic. btw iols permah gak mkn nyonya laksa, rasanya makan kat kopitiam gitu. lama dah.
mmg ada rasa rempah pelik gila.

am fully agreed with dato' chef wan complaint.


sbb currently am also involved in the almost similar project,
find the right taste of one of the malaysia cuisine.

because of this , i have ate the same cuisine from the various famous restaurant, stall and also yg recommended kat tepi jalan.

you have to eat all to get the right taste and the real recipe,

chef kat hotel sekarang mmg malas ,
bak kata chef wan , mmg patut di tembak jer sbb merosakkan recipe,

tahu tak , setengah2 owner berusaha keras utk develop recipe yg betol utk attract pelanggan to get the real taste
tapi chef2 macam ni la yg merosakkan taste tersebut, so people adapt to wrong taste , they will NOT appreciate the the real authentic cusisine, sbb taste bud dia change to new recipe/taste preference

ni bukan sebarang Nyonya Laksa, tapi ia adalah Nyonya Laksa Mandarin Oriental, sebab itu ia kelihatan berlainan dari tipikal nyonya laksa.

chefwan jangan lah cepat sngt sentap.

as for the price, kira sepadan lah dengan tempatnya.

he complaint because he appreciate the food ...
price not worth with the cuisine served,
recipe totally out,

if you are come one from the culinary business,
you will ask for the complaint form right away after you ate 'the total damage recipe' food

bukan nak kata dia jer betol
but he is damn true ,
at least bila dia komplen suara dia di dengari and some one will take action because he is a famous chef
MO , quite numbers of travellers/foreigners stay there

they should authethic original recipe ,
bukan tangkap muat macam restoran nyonya tepi jalan
ehhh , restoran nyonya tepi jalan pon lagi sedap ok ,

Yeah, I setuju dgn post ni..untuk me yg suka makan, sanggup redah satu malaysia just nk try satu satu makanan popular, amat la frust kalau tetiba hanya indah kabar dari rupa..
Kita byr mahal takpa tp biar la berbaloi dgn harga n iklan ( kalau ada la)

Ni masuk tv, jalan jalan cari makan la, tp bila p try rasa amat mengecewakan..rasa nak carut jehhh..dulu blum kawin boleh laa carut ala chef wan ni...laa ni my husband ckp kalau tk sedap diam jgn dikutuk rezeki..adehhhhhh sabar jer
