I pon blum kesedaran.  I suka IF sbb rasa mcm puasa je. Dulu i atkins 2mggu turun 5kg.

Lps blk trip, gained 6kg. Hahahahampeh

Ni nk usaha shed brg 15kg ke. Huuuu

IF ni paling sng  nak dptkan berat badan yg ideal kalau kita jadikan gaya hidup. Acik buat 16:8 je mampu sbb coffee craving  slalu gagalkan plan nk buat extend. Bila eating window kita kecik sbnrnya tak bnyk mana pun kita boleh makan, paling2 dua heavy meal dlm 8 jam so makan je tanpa rasa bersalah hihi. Puasa dpt elakkan snacking yg terbukti buat berat acik naik dgn jayanya sblum ni.

memanglah sebab protein mahai. asyik nak kena beli ayam, ikan dan lauk pauk je.
bila gi beli bara ...

betul bukan taknak diet atkin. kalau boleh nak makan chicken chop grill, beefsteak, ikan.. ikan pon mahal no skang compare ngan ayam huhu. benda karbo murah dan mengenyangkan..

iol cuma ganti pose sebab time ramadhan tu dalam pantang, berat time mengandung nak dekat sarat tu 94kg huhu tak tau nape rasa nak makan je . dalam pantang iol cam target 75kg la . itu pon tak tau la dapat ke tak. tapi bila slowly ganti pose tiap2 minggu buat seminggu 1-2 hari ganti, berat memang turun, last check 70kg. target 60-65. dalam pantang tu time pose, memang x minum air manis walau teringin.

rasa skip gula memang turun banyak. lepas tu puasa. bila nak bukak pose minum air dulu, sebab haus sangat, menyusu badan, lepas minum dapat makan sikit sebab perut dah penuh. pastu tidur awal.

ni still lagi dalam proses sampai 60kg, nanti iol stop la

sama la kitaaaaa...bila weekend/ long holiday je terus ke laut dalam adoiii
ni dah plateau, menggelabah dah. nak try straight dry fasting pulak..

betol tu..diet apa2 pon mula2 mesti kurangkan atau stop gula dulu..pastu baru start buat diet IF neh..try tengok lama mana you tahan kalau tak ambik gula..kalau rasa tahan teruskan tp kalau rasa dah nak mati dah ambiklah air bergula tapi kurang kan jumlah gula tu..

setuju...snacking tu jahat tau..ai dulu dlm drawer memacam ada..ada coklat, roti, kacang, biskut now dah cuba buat IF drawer ai kosong jer.. bila berbuka tu pon tak rasa nak melantak memacam pon

Hahaha i suka basmathi. Sebab memang dah terbiasa guna. Pernah try tukar beras herba ponni. Tu i tak boleh sebab macam takde kanji langsung. Sekejapan je dah kriuk kriuk perut sebab lapar.

basmathi sedap kan u. i suka beras dia bila dah masak cantikk je tersusun panjang2. dulu pun i pakai basmathi biasa je. bulan lepas baru tukar basmathi parboil tu. tak tahu la apa beza dari segi rasa sebab i rasa sama je.

itulah, tak boleh nak hidup takde kopi ni.
tahniah lah sebab mampu minum kopi O takde gula.
ni sekarang tengah cut gula dan kopi sikit2.
tak minum banyak pun, suku gelas je.
cuma wajib amik kopi dari kampung, orang kampung buat sendiri.
bahan pengawet pun takde, tapi rasanya luar biasa betoi.
lidah dah mula sedap rasa benda pahit ni.
harap2lah berjaya minum kopi takde gula nanti.
pernah nak try Stevia, tapi tak cuba2 lagi
