Arsenal Football Club boss Arsene Wenger can抰 hide his disappointment at losing Mathieu Flamini.

The France midfielder has established himself in the Gunners side this season alongside Cesc Fabregas, yet he is out of contract in the summer and has agreed a four-year contract with AC Milan.

揥hen a player is out of contract he can sign where he wants," said Wenger, speaking at a forum for Arsenal's shareholders. "I must say I am disappointed that he did that - but legally he can do it.

AGENT: HLEB SET TO LEAVE ARSENALAlexander Hleb's agent claims the player will leave Arsenal this summer.
The Belarus midfielder has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, who have expressed an interest in the 27-year-old.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has already had to cope with midfielderMathieu Flamini agreeing to join AC Milan when his Arsenal contractexpires at the end of June, and now Hleb's agent Nikolai Shpilevskiclaims his client will also be going at the end of the season.
He told Belarussian paper Pressball: "Alexander is preparing to make the most important moves of his life.
"He is leaving Arsenal even though they want to offer him a newlong-term contract and better conditions. Only time will tell ifleaving is the right decision, but there's no way back now. Everythingwill be cleared up in the next two weeks."
Hleb joined Arsenal from German club Stuttgart in the summer of 2005and has so far made 89 league appearances, scoring seven goals.
