The reason is, bukan semua org masuk thread ni. Tapi sy dpt a few pm yg nak join sy buat fruitpicking kat NZ. Apa salahnya buat satu thread baru khas utk Job tu supaya SEMUA org yg tgh mencari keja kat NZ (atau nak buat seasonal work kat NZ), tau tentang kewujudan JOB tersebut melalui thread yg korang buka. Xde kaitan dgn personal preference sy pun, harap jgn salah faham. Kesian la kat org2 yg nak keje seasonal tapi x tau ada peluang yg ada mcm Job tu offer. Apa salahnya buka satu thread lain dan kongsi peluang tu dgn org2 lain yg x masuk thread ni. At least, ada awareness utk mereka. Tapi klu rasa2 malas nak buka thread baru, terpulang la. Sy cadangkan aje. No offense taken nor intended.

P.S Thread ni ilham individual. Job tu pulak offer dari company. So bukan thread yg sama sebenarnya.

Firstly, any job/recruitment ads can be posted in the RECRUITMENT ADS subject thread (dexa punya thread). For those who didn't realize that please be informed yaa.

But since the job ad title is same as this thread's (walopon tajuk besarnya SEASONAL WORKER)...I say..why don't we fully utilize it. Since this thread is not anybody's personal web log...so everybody can share information related to that. Furthermore it helps ppl to grab the 'hidden' opportunity (this tiring money making job is not publicly known). The owner of this thread can elaborate about it more if related question been asked.

For those who just hopped into this thread and has buckets of question about being one of the fruit picker.....please read from the 1st page as the thread owner has given all the info/guides on how to be a fruit picker specifically in NZ. This thread is to share her experiences and update while working there. So don't get mad if she doesn't entertain your repeated same question as others before. Next time if anyone of you wanna put any ads even if it's related, please ask the thread owner first as she's the respective owner of this thread

kalo nak pegi sesame. ada baiknya untuk kenal latar belakang memasing. untuk kemudahan dan kesenangan melalui security check. tak bole la hanya kenal name, pastu tuptap esok jumpe kat airport kite gerak sesama. bile tibe kat nz sudeh gelabah nak backup sesama member.
amik la pengajaran dari border patrol tentang rakyat kite yg xlepas kat uk.

Utk pengetahuan, AFAIK, syarikat2 yg ada kuasa utk ambil pekerja2 asing bekerja sebagai fruitpicker di NZ ialah koperasi2 seperti Seasonal Solutions di mana koperasi2 ini diberi lesen direct dari Immi dan mereka blh ambil pekerja2 Australasia. Setakat ini mmg TIDAK ADA mana2 syarikat lain yg diberi license utk ambil pekerja luar. Jadi harap anda jgn tertipu dgn mana2 agensi atau syarikat yg mengaku bahwa mereka ada license utk ambil pekerja asing bekerja sebagai fruit picker. Diulang sekali lagi, mmg tidak ada. Lebih2 lagi bermula bulan November nanti, tidak ada lagi TRSE work permit. Ia akan diganti dgn RSE dan RSE biasanya hanya KHUSUS utk org2 Australasia saja. Klu ada mana2 agensi/syarikat mengaku mereka ada license, minta nombor license mereka dan check dgn NZ Immi. Harap maklum.
