Rock band BREAKERZ have announced the release of a new album. Titled GO, it will be their fifth album release and is set to come out on September 21st.
GO will be released in three versions. The regular edition will be CD-only, while the two limited editions will each come with a DVD. The Type A DVD is titled "BREAKERZ MUSIC CLIP 2010-2011", while the Type B will contain documentary DVD.
The band has also announced a nationwide tour which will last from October 22nd until December 9th.
VAMPS will be hosting HALLOWEEN PARTY 2011 on October 21st, 22nd, 29th and 30th.

DAIGO to star in “Ultraman Saga” movie with Tsuruno Takeshi and Sugiura Taiyo
Popular singer and talento DAIGO (33) has been announced as the star of the next “Ultraman” film. This will be his first time starring in a movie, and also his first time playing a hero in a tokusatsu work. Tsuruno Takeshi and Sugiura Taiyo have also been revealed as his co-stars.
“Ultraman Saga” is scheduled to open in theaters next March. DAIGO will play Taiga Nozomu, a young man who transforms into Ultraman Zero. Tsuruno will once again take on the role of Asuka Shin from the 1997-1998 “Ultraman Dyna” series, while Sugiura will return in his role of Haruno Musashi from the 2001-2002 series “Ultraman Cosmos.”
Taiga is the son of Ultra Seven, a rookie member of the self-defense team Super GUTS who is also a talented pilot. After desperately protecting a child in danger and sustaining a serious injury, he is chosen as Ultraman Zero, resulting in the birth of a new hero.
The story this time deals with a mysterious race of invaders who have taken over the Earth. Ultraman Zero must team up with Ultraman Dyna and Ultraman Cosmos to restore peace to the planet.
“Ultraman Saga” will be shown in 2D and 3D in theaters starting March 24, 2012.
DAIGO, Nishiyama Maki, Wentz Eiji in stage version of “Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de”
Higashigawa Tokuya’s bestselling mystery novel “Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de” is getting its first stage adaptation this summer. The main cast will feature singer/actor DAIGO (34), model Nishiyama Maki (26), and WaT member Wentz Eiji (26).
“Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de” has so far had two books released, selling more than 2.75 million copies combined. Last year, it was turned into a television drama series on Fuji TV that reached ratings as high as 18.1%. The drama starred Arashi’s Sakurai Sho (30) as the sharp-tongued butler Kageyama and Kitagawa Keiko (25) as Hosho Reiko, the daughter of a wealthy family who works as a novice police detective. Although Reiko’s deductive skills as a detective are lacking, Kageyama helps her solve her cases as she tells him details while he serves her dinner.
For the stage version, DAIGO will take on the role of the butler Kageyama, and Nishiyama will play Reiko. Wentz will play Nishiyama’s superior at the police station.
Actor Murakami Hiroki (38) of the acting troupe Sessya Munieru will serve as director and writer. Performances will be held in Tokyo at the Galaxy Theatre in Tennozu from August 31 to September 9.
