Skandal TH dan IMDB : Apa perlu beli mahal kalau lebih murah berlambak-lambak ?

Perkara yang pelik mengenai tanah TRX  :

---- Ketika 1MDB di tubuhkan bermodalkan 1 juta je tapi company tu tarak pendapatan tetap langsung waktu tu , camne bank luluskan loan RM194 juta untuk 1MDB dapat beli tanah TRX 70 ekar dari kerajaan ?

Penjamin kaya raya ada pun kalau si peminjam tu sendiri penganggur no income whatsoever memang takkan di beri loan oleh bank mana pun lah patutnya. So kat situ jelas wujud abuse of power oleh bijan untuk membolehkan 1MDB dapat apa yang ia sebenarnya tak layak .

---- Setelah bank luluskan loan, geran tanah tu bank yang akan pegang sebab 1MDB tak bayar habih lagi, jadi macam mana pecahan plot kepada lebih kecil di buat untuk jual pada TH plak sedangkan geran di pegang bank ?

Nak buat pecahan plot nak kena geran tu masuk pejabat tanah la kan , tapi bank takkan release geran selagi loan tak bayar habis lagi. So 1MDB still dapat buat pecahan plot menunjukkan terdapat satu lagi abuse of power .

----  tanah tu 1MDB beli pada 2011 tapi pada 2014 baru nak di jual plot yang kecil pada TH (RM 188 juta) tapi loan 1MDB RM 194 juta dicampur interest masih tak boleh cover dengan pembayaran lumsum yang TH buat tu , so macam mana TH boleh beli tanah yang bank takkan release geran kerana pembayaran tak settle sepenuhnya tu ? Itu bermakna abuse of power oleh pembuat keputusan dalam TH .

---- disebabkan geran bank pegang atas perjanjian asal dengan 1MDB, dan takkan release pada TH kerana 1MDB tak habih bayar loan , camne TH buat tukar nama plot tu plak tanpa geran langsung ? Walau TH beli bayar lebih malah persqft beratus kali ganda secara cash lumsum tapi tak mungkin dapat geran plot pun, itu rugi bergezillion percent la tu .

---- Cuba pikir, 1MDB tarak income langsung so memang tak boleh settle lah balance loan walau 1MDB bayar kat bank RM188 juta tu semua sekaligus sedangkan loan lebih lagi , jadi bermakna once 1MDB default kang TH bakal hilang tanah tu la sebab beli tanah yang masih terikat dengan hutang 1MDB pada bank .

So kenapa TH nak buat investment berisiko 1000000000000 % yang confirm merugikan aje ? dah sah azeez memang abuse power dia lah kerana menyebabkan kerugian seteruk tu pada TH.

1MDB hanya company yang buat skim cepat kaya secara penipuan dari step awal hingga step akhir, dan TH yang termakan untuk involve dalam skim ni ibarat mangsa ponzi scheme je laaa

There aku dah senaraikan bukti abuse of power depa , sheeesh berapa kali punya abuse of power berlaku daaa dalam 1MDB dan dalam TH, so amat pelik kenapa segala dealings dan aktiviti 1MDB dan TH tak di hentikan serta merta untuk polis preserve evidence agar siasatan rapi dan menyeluruh dapat di buat pada bijan, azeez , 1MDB dan TH.

Membenarkan bijan dan azeez terus berkuasa dalam 2 company ni akan menyebabkan berlaku tampering with evidence aje la , tu pun satu bentuk abuse of power gak tu .

Oh my, punya berderetan abuse of power masih macai dok pertahankan jugak bijan, memang macai bukan stakat buta tapi tarak mata langsung ibarat robot

Najib dah buat defamation suit terhadap MP DAP Tony Pua , itu macam menjerat leher sendiri je la kerana tony pua hanya perlu buktikan yang operasi 1MDB memang berlandaskan penyelewengan dan abuse of power yang merupakan the biggest scandal ever pun.

Tak sukar haih untuk buktikan, malah point2 yang aku bagi kat atas jelas memperlihatkan itu yang berlaku.

Maka once court terima dan iktiraf penjelasan tony pua tu bermakna dah ada court dokumen lah yang menunjukkan corruption dan abuse of power oleh bijan dan 1MDB , so secara automatik jadi kes mahkamah , harap harap lepas tu dah boleh start proses impeachment Prime dan Finance Minister lah kann .

                                                                                                                                                                                                Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak says DAP lawmaker Tony Pua is full of malice when he made his remarks on 1MDB. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Nazir Sufari, May 13, 2015.Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who is suing opposition lawmaker Tony Pua, has accused the DAP MP of incessantly attacking him over strategic investment fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) to gain political mileage for the opposition coalition, Pakatan Rakyat (PR), court documents showed.
        "It is an attack on the plaintiff's credibility, dignity or trustworthiness as an individual," Najib said in documents filed in the defamation suit against Pua sighted by The Malaysian Insider.
        "It is to gain support for his attempt to discredit the plaintiff," said the prime minister, whose solicitors last week filed a statement in reply to Pua's defence.
                                                                                                                        
                                        Najib filed a suit against the Petaling Jaya Utara MP on March 7, in what is the first case of a Malaysian prime minister suing an MP for defamation.        Najib said Pua was full of malice, adding that the opposition MP's dominant motive was to gain political mileage for the opposition coalition.
        If Najib is successful in proving that Pua's alleged defamatory statement was done with bad intention, then all defences – justification, fair comment and qualified privilege pleaded by the DAP lawmaker – would not be sustainable.
        The prime minister also named Mediarakyat portal owner, Chan Chee Keong, as second defendant.
        Both Chan and Pua are being sued over comments against 1MDB in a video recording of a speech by the opposition MP.
        In the suit, Najib said the speech, which was uploaded by Chan or his agents on to Mediarakyat's YouTube and Facebook accounts, was later republished by Pua on his Facebook page.
        Najib is seeking an apology, a retraction of the statement and damages.
        In November, Najib had sent a letter of demand to Pua demanding an apology within 14 days in two national newspapers, or face legal action over the video of the speech entitled “Tony Pua: Najib is creating the biggest scandal ever in the history of Malaysia”.
        According to a transcript, among the things Pua had said was: “Let me tell you, this is the problem with Barisan Nasional. No one dares to stand up to the prime minister and Najib now is like a king. A king that is creating the biggest scandal ever in the history of Malaysia. Huge! No one dares to say a thing, nothing, not even a pin drop from any MCA or Gerakan leader or even Umno leaders".
        Najib in the court documents said he was very disturbed by the remark that he had robbed the people – a highly scandalous allegation that was harsh and unreasonable.
        "The first defendant (Pua) published and republished the said words, knowing it to be untrue, (and) was reckless or indifferent to their truth.”
        Najib said the allegation was made and directed at him in his personal capacity, adding that the accusation he stole the people's money was a slur on his personal reputation.
        He said Pua did not obtain any comment from him and the video was one-sided.
        Najib also said that 1MDB's advisory board, of which he is the chairman, had no role in its daily operations as it was run by its board of directors and management.
        The prime minister said he would also prove that Pua's speeches and utterances were solely to advance his personal political interest and that of the DAP, were not made in good faith and were not in the interest of genuine public debate.
        In his defence, Pua said he had a duty as the people's representative to raise issues of public interest.
        "It is my legal, social and moral duty to raise issues of public interest," said Pua, citing qualified privilege as one of his grounds of defence in response to Najib's suit.
        The DAP national publicity chief also said the public had the right to receive information on issues that affected them.
        "As an MP, I made a fair comment on a matter of public interest based on verified information and facts," he said.
        Pua is also relying on the defence of justification and said the information revealed to the public on 1MDB was true.
        In his 23-page document of defence, Pua also questioned Najib's standing to file the suit since he was Pekan MP, the prime minister and also finance minister.
        Mediarakyat portal owner Chan has also filed his defence on March 31.
        However, Pua last Friday filed an application to strike out Najib's suit on grounds that the prime minister lacked capacity to bring the action because he was a public figure who has to accept criticism.
        Case management for Pua's application has been fixed for June 17. – May 13, 2015.

Meh aku buktikan yang 1MDB adalah satu bentuk ponzi skim.

Semua aset 1MDB masih di pegang oleh bank kerana loan tak habis bayar, dan 1MDB tak mengusahakan memana aset2 yang dah dibelinya tu lalu no income coming in.

Camne 1MDB boleh buat investment secara issue bond dan sukuk plak , pulangan apa yang 1MDB boleh beri pada investor yang beli bond dan sukuk tu apabila 1MDB tarak income kok mana pun dan aset2 pun tertahan kat bank ?

Tarak pulangan la yang 1MDB mampu bagi pada memana investor yang beli sukuk atau bond tu melainkan 1MDB akan ambik duit dari investor ni buat bayar pulangan pada investor nu dan seterusnya. Itu laa ponzi skim kalau hampa nak tau !

So PNB dan TH beli sukuk dari 1MDB walau tak dapat pulangan apa pun, dah sah sah abuse of power berlaku dalam PNB dan TH.

Bila la pihak berkuasa nak sedar ni yang PM malaysia merupakan bapak ponzi skim terunggul dan terulung di M'sia ??? ....

Habih kang di kerjakan fund rakyat di semua GLC maka duit pak polisi pak peguam pak hakim pun akan jadi mangsa la jugak kannn dan bukan stakat duit rakyat biasa je dalam fund2 tu semua .

Setiap saat di bazirkan tanpa tindakan konkrit akan menyebabkan lebih banyak duit yang hilang yang tidak akan dapat balik dah.

Lembaga Tabung Haji says it invested a total of RM920.8 million in 1Malaysia Development Bhd(1MDB)'s Bandar Malaysia sukuk issuance in Feb 2014 "as it is a secured investment". It said the sukuk is secured against parcels of land in Bandar Malaysia with security cover of at least 1.67 times
"The sukuk was issued to finance the construction of replacement facilities in relation to the relocation of the existing Sg Besi Air Force Base facilities," it said in a statement today.
