adakah dikatakan isteri perlu taat kepada suami dikatakan menindas wanita?
adakah kerana wanita perlu menutup aurat berbeza dgn lelaki dikatakan menindas wanita?

O ye wives of the Prophet! Whosoever of you committeth manifest lewdness, the punishment for her will be doubled, and that is easy for Allah.--33:30 Virgins await those who enter paradise. 2:25 And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men [to your women] until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite [you] to the Fire, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that perhaps they may remember. 2:221 For those who swear not to have sexual relations with their wives is a waiting time of four months, but if they return [to normal relations] - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. 2:226 Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. 2:228 Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah . But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah , then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah , so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers. 2:229 And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind - they, [the wives, shall] wait four months and ten [days]. And when they have fulfilled their term, then there is no blame upon you for what they do with themselves in an acceptable manner. And Allah is [fully] Acquainted with what you do. 2:234 O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down. And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him. So let him write and let the one who has the obligation dictate. And let him fear Allah , his Lord, and not leave anything out of it. But if the one who has the obligation is of limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men. And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses - so that if one of the women errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves. For [then] there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allah . And Allah teaches you. And Allah is Knowing of all things. 2:282 Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females. But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of one's estate. And if there is only one, for her is half. And for one's parents, to each one of them is a sixth of his estate if he left children. But if he had no children and the parents [alone] inherit from him, then for his mother is one third. And if he had brothers [or sisters], for his mother is a sixth, after any bequest he [may have] made or debt. Your parents or your children - you know not which of them are nearest to you in benefit. [These shares are] an obligation [imposed] by Allah . Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. 4:11 Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way. 4:15

mengkritik pendapat dalam Islam sering kali dianggap mengkritik Islam.
dia pun suruh ijtihad ulamak yang lapuk diperbaharui. tiada salahnya kita mengkritik sebab kita ada akal untuk berfikir.

apa yg dikatakan menindas?
sebagai contoh:
And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls. And Allah is most knowing about your faith. You [believers] are of one another. So marry them with the permission of their people and give them their due compensation according to what is acceptable. [They should be] chaste, neither [of] those who commit unlawful intercourse randomly nor those who take [secret] lovers. But once they are sheltered in marriage, if they should commit adultery, then for them is half the punishment for free [unmarried] women. This [allowance] is for him among you who fears sin, but to be patient is better for you. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. 4:25
kalau tak mampu kahwin wanita Muslim secara percuma, kau kahwinlah dengan hamba wanita.
dan contoh yang lain:
Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand. 4:34

aku rasa ko salah faham.
Irshad Manji ada tulis buku The Problems within Islam - maksudnya Masalah di dalam Islam. buku ni dibanned di Malaysia sebab kononnya takut mempengaruhi ummah Islam Malaysia ni.
dan majority tipikal Muslim akan kata dia Kritik ISLAM. sedangkan dia cakap dia nak reform Islam.
ada banyak ijtihad ulamak yang bertukar2 tetapi kerana mereka tu ulamak takda pulak sapa pertikaikan. tapi bila pemikir Islam cakap benda yang sama haruslah dikondem sedangkan ilmu Islam dia pun bukan sebarangan.
kalau Islam tak reform. masalah dunia yang melibatkan Islam dan komuniti Islam selamanya akan jadi apa yang ada sekarang ni.

kalau skrang ni takde hamba maksudnya ayat Al Quran tu tak relevan sepanjang zaman dan Quran tu dah lengkap sebenarnya tak lengkap.
sebab tu aku cakap kalau literal al quran kononnya membuatkan orang non muslim salah faham, sebenarnya bukan salah non muslim tetapi salah tafsiran mengenai Quran itu sendiri.

mana boleh reform Islam, sama mcm reform Kristian boleh ka?
Islam bukannya buatan manusia, Islam adalah dr Allah
tetapi ada hukum2 yg boleh diubah tetapi perlulah menggunakan alasan munasabah
ilmu agama ni kadang2 tak boleh ditafsirkan oleh golongan2 yg bersifat logik semata2
perlukan kedua2 benda antara logik dan kepercayaan
benda2 yg tak nampak ni kadang2 org tak boleh faham
bg mata kepala org logik, benda ni nampak tak betul
tetapi kalau dr pandangan org yg menolak logik juga tak boleh
dr kaca mata dia ja kata benda tu tak betul, tetapi dr segi dasarnya keadilan tu berlaku
