Monday (25/06/2012) Lawyer SnP anta email/letter kate aku kena bayor "late penalty charges"..amount die da nk dekat 10k dah..
aku pun pening ni nk korek duit kat mane lg..since lawyer SnP kate bole bincang blk ngn seller cemane nk settle, so, aku kate pikir kendian asalkan seller jgn cancel menda2 sume tu..
Dlam hari yg same, after aku mintak surat pelepasan drp loan lawyer, banker call aku ptg and suh aku g sign letter offer baru.
Selasa (26/06/2012), aku g branch die and g sign Letter Offer baru, pastu katenye dlm mase 3 hari process..!! (padahal aku da kate yg redemption statement seller nak expired 29/06/2012. Mase ni aku betol tension sgt dahh..rase nk je minah ni..)
So, aku tgu la dlm 28/06/2012, aku call bank(disbursement dept - tmpt process released chq), dr pagi xde org jwb tipon (tpp aku gigih call je spanjang hari sbb aku nk menda ni sume settle)..Pas Lunch bru ade minah jwb and katenye bru trima LO aku yg baru AND THEN redemption statement expired 30/06/2012. Kena minx redemption statement yg baru. sbb, klu die process pun, Cheque xle nk release and dokumen sume akan kena return blk kat die.
Aku call lawyer SnP aku, minx reedemption statement yg baru..so now aku ngh tgu news drp lawyer SnP, once die da dpt redemption statement yg baru..aku akn start calling bank, lawyer and lawyer.

saya ada mslh pemaju x bgtau ttg 5% discount untuk pmbelian rumah...tp sy dah sign segala agreement & bolehkah kita buat tuntutan balik untuk mndapatkn diskaun 5% utk bumiputera? pemaju pon bumiputera jgk...

first mistake TT adalah tak check outstanding penjual rumah. menda nie yg melambatkan proses S&. mistake sama yg aku buat. sib baik slps bayar 10% tu, aku masih ada tunai utk gi bayarkan owner punya outstanding. tension gak......! |
