Kat situ pun dah ada kecenderungan untuk menghilangkan purpose sebenar poll diadakan.

simply the brain , the thinking, the maturity, the pragmatics , the appropriatenes and the way a person deals with another. Yang tak patronising or put you in distress mode but very santai and nice. Yg mmg kalau u deal with him, u'll be at ease.
