Thoughts on WiMax
The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission handed out four 2.3GHz wireless broadband spectrum licenses to Bizsurf, Packet One Networks, Asiaspace Dotcom and Redtone-CNX Broadband. The four companies beat 13 other contenders which included heavyweights Maxis Communications, TM Bhd and DiGi.Com.
According rumors, WiMax services will be rolled out at malaysia during this coming August!
During that time Malaysian will have more options to choose for better broadband service to solve the monopolized market nowadays!
WiMax will be targeted for fixed wireless broadband services for home and office!
We can expect WiMax on the go after Intel officially announces WiMax chipset on mobile computing platform
We can expect that we can have a chance try out and hand-on during this coming August PC Fair!
Before we can try out the WiMax how great it can base in term of performance!
Let's think what WiMax can do and how WiMax can improve our lifestyle! |

wondering anyone of you heard any wimax application else then just wireless broadband service!
If not mistaken I heard a rumors is talking that wimax handphone coming soon as well!
think that when you on the go and you can use handphone in high speed internet connection that not only for online purpose but you might able to stream videos and make a skype call on the go! How cool is that?! |
