hmm..rasanya bukanya ke co lain la. tp dia register satu anak syarikat lg yg akan fokus dlm menguruskan hal ehwal IT ni.
So mcm diversify the biznes le. kemudian mungkin they'll ask warga SITI utk keluar cari  srvice job as to sustain its operation.

i've attended last week SRD for Gumusut Project at Miri. Sblm ni i attend technical interview kat shell deepwater KL. Sessions held almost 2 hrs. Semua technical. Pastu dpt follow up call from Shell People Services KL kata kene pi Miri. Last week terbang ke Shell Sarawak Berhad@Lutong. Hotel n flight diorang sediakan (reimbursable-flight)

During the interview (SRD for experienced people-more than 7yrs), they asked me several question on management side, memacam ler..the've got a list of question with a color set, satu kaler pink and satu kaler kuning. Satu hapah pasal shell diorang tak tanya...tough jugak,nasib baik dah ada experience dan baca2 sket. Pastu sessi soal jawab. Shell interview in casual..so selesa lah jugak nak bercerita tanpa segan silu

Pasal gaji pulak sy tak tau nak mintak berapa lps diorang tanya berapa expected, tapi diorang sure ada salary grade utk experienced staff

BTW, i am applying for the IM team (Information Management). I have 2 friends keje kat shell IM miri, sorang gaji almost 10k, sorang dlm rm7k. Gaji diorang mmg mahal. Basic for experienced people member sy kata dlm rm5500 + 1000 (bonus dibayar throughout the year) dan elaun umah RM1500.  That's for experienced people, even fresh grads will get roughly rm4k-6k plus allowance. Tp depends la kalau u dpt STC (Short Term contract), permanent or Agency.
Selalunya STC lagik mahal.


Ni skrg tgh tunggu results within 2weeks. Chances 50-50 la kot. Hoping for the best! Tak dpt cuba lagi!!

mcm menarik.. aku next week ada panggilan interview utk post system engineer.. tapi skrng aku keje network engineer. then under Infrastructure Projects (ITIP) as systemn engineer.. tapi aku takut pigi salah interview jer. kalau dia tanya pasal network aku tau la.. buat nya dia tanya pasal system mati tak tau... ada sesapa yang tau tak?

dok sini oklaaa... mmg tak serabut kepala otak pk pasal rush hour... yup... roundabout banyak tul... sepanjang2 main road 3-4 bijik roundabout... cuma yg i kureng sket bab shopping laa.....shopping mall tak banyak choice laaa...

mula2 walk in...pass...pastuh dia buat phone intvw
masa walk in tuh takde dapat kad tuh...tp phone interview tuh i ada email add coordinator dia...not my interviewer...so takpe ke if i call the coordinator tuh?

pastuh after phone intvw...5 days after dia kasi email cakap pass laa...just wait dipanggil for SRD je skang nih (that's like almost 2 month ago)

but dah nak masuk 2 bulan...i email thru website (cam general email aa)..dia cakap even kalau dapat email berjaya SRD..our application tuh valid for 2 yrs..
so dia akan call within 2 yrs????gila aaa nak menunggu camtuh

itu yg heran sbb member lain cam tak sampai sebulan pon dah kena panggil srd

kalau electrical power ade keje ke kat shell??

Hmm... memang kena tunggu skit ler..... cuma aku pun tak braper paham jugak why they take so long? And for how long?
Yang lajunya, kebanyakkannya IT/Admin related.

ada sape2 tau kalau apply for legal position kat shell ni macamana procedure 4 interview? ada test ke nanti? Agak2 berapa salary range for those yg ada dlm 7-8 yrs of experience?

Biasanya, setiap plant mesti ada sub station. if you can equip urself with  latest power distribution/management system and its related product.
Jgn lupa bkenaan Gas turbine, itu subject yg paling crucial.
Electrical/electronic...hmm...biasanya related to instrumentation and electrical control.

Yg baik nyer you jump dari supplier/manufacturer/contractor yg pernah deal dgn SHELL..... senang skit dapat lubang.

TIme umur muda ni gilah keje, sementara badan tgh kuat dan sihat.Gaji besar,mmg kena perah kuderat ko.Tapi takpelah org lain dompet satu,ko dompet ada 3....ko nak habis duit kat mana kalau tgh laut tu...
