makanan halal ada jual dalam masjid. bas ada stop kat depan masjid tu.
masakan ala2 pakistani. nasik beriyani. murah pun murah...

boleh jerr... masa boocik pegi ke newcastle naik cruise tu, orang amsterdam siap pegi one-day shopping je.
dorang naik cruise tu dari amsterdam jam 5pm, sampai newcastle about 8 - 9 am.
pastu pukul 5 pm, berangkat balik ke amsterdam balik  |

boocik lebih perefer naik train dari bas sebab in terms of space besar lagi train kalau travel jauh2 ni.
boleh jalan2, regangkan otot kaki bila penat. kalau naik bas rasa sempit sikit.
tapi kalau short distances, better naik bas sebab cepat sikit sampai ke destinasi.
tak yah nak regang2kan otot kaki pun takpe 
antara megabus dengan national express, better national express.
bas megabus tu macam dah lama/uzur sikit dari national express... |

tak sure pulak yang ni... tapi masa boocik buat walking tour kat edinburgh tu dulu memang ada guide tu cakap bole tengok teater.
cuma tak pasti macam mana nak book tiket atau nak ke sana. ye la, boocik ni travel ala2 backpacker.
mana ada bawak baju cantik2 masa travel... he he he... |

i pernah naik HOHO hari tu, nampak ada 2 couple ni pakai baju bukan kemain lagi, dress with shawl, yang guy nya with bow & tie....is that the kind of dressing they expect you to wear?
i tot macam kat Istana Budaya ni jer...kat sini i pakai smart casual jer...pants (not jeans la) with kemeja biasa jer. tak der la vogue the vass pun |

i remembered Scottish people ada accent yang a bit hard to pick up (for me) compared to Londoners. Do you have this problem too, or tak beza sangat bila cakap dengan diorang? |

how do you recall all the names, and places that you went? Tak termasuk ingat the prices & cost lagi tuh..
you ada log book ke? I yang baru balik bulan 8 hari tu pun duk menggaru kepala nak ingat tempat tube. |

Betul ke? Macam kat Malaysia ni diorang tak der toilet dalam bus.
My initial plan was to naik bus from Edinburgh to Birmingham, and that would be around 8 hours, so now i have second thought. Usually train apa yang ok for long journey macam ni ek |

aha... pakai baju ala2 camtu la. english people ni memang strict about dress code.
kalau kata formal, memang formal la. cuba check kalau boleh masuk dengan pakaian smart casual.
boocik memang travel light je so takde la bawak baju2 camtu walaupun sebenarnya ingin sangat nak masuk tengok show teater camtu...

yes, walking tour tu memang on foot...
tapi tak penat pun sebab guide dorang very entertaining.
boocik yang baru sampai dengan backpack besar terus join tour ni pun tak terasa penat (walaupun bag tu sebenarnya berat ya amat!).

memang ada toilet dalam bas tapi dorang selalu buat frequent stops so tak yah risau kalau nak toilet break.
kalau naik train pulak, boocik selalu pilih yang murah. tak kisah sangat company mana.
yang penting, kena express maknanya tak stop banyak2 station :)
rasanya kalau you nak ke newcastle tu better amik cruise dari amsterdam macam boocik buat dulu.
you dari paris, kan?
my suggestion is, dari paris naik fast train (thalys) ke amsterdam.
duduk dalam satu atau dua malam kat amsterdam.
dari amsterdam bole la naik cruise (just untuk merasa - dan save accommodation & transport) sebab bertolak dari amsterdam pukul 5 pm and sampai newcastle next morning pukul 8 - 9 am.
tak le penat sangat dari naik bas atau train 8 jam tu.
then dari newcastle boleh ke edinburgh pastu dari edinburgh ke london (kalau nak repeat lagi).
ni supaya tak rasa penat badan sebab perjalanan tu.
he he he... pandai je aku merancang itinerary untuk orang pulak.

waaa boocik thank you for the advice itenary. almost the same dah, cuma i sort of make a ''mistake'' by going to switzerland instead of amsterdam from paris.
but the rest of the itenary sama dah.
from manchester i gi newcastle then edinburgh. then singgah birmingham jap (sebab nak gi factory Queen Anne tu, boleh?) then gi London. from London naik Eurostar ke Paris. Sekarang tengah tunggu Eurostar bukak untuk reservation for travel bulan June. I check semalam, boleh book till April jer. Hopefully kali ni ada rezeki i naik Eurostar. aminnnnn |

but cn7.... seriously i suggest you consider untuk naik cruise tu.
memang murah. one-way about EU65 je.
this price is for the room (toilet ensuite + double decker bed) and the journey from amsterdam to newcastle.
kalau return lagi murah. ada pakej one-day tour lagik.
i think about EU75 je untuk return ticket + the tour tu...
kalau u dari swiss boleh ke amsterdam naik easyjet or ryan air...
