If Dingdong Dantes celebrates his 31st birthday today, august 2, his other half Marian Rivera will celebrate her 27th birhthday on august 12.
What is her birthday wish for herself?
"Peace of Mind!" marian says with a laugh when PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) interview her with other entertainment press during amaya taping in Pagsanjan, laguna yesterday, August 1.
She added "ofcourse, peace of mind can never be bought. in my birthday, everything is fine with my family nobody gets sick and we all have communication with one another. I am very happy with my career. With my my love life, what's not to be happy about? you all can see, dong is always there for me. So my birthday wish is just to have peace of mind."
DETRACTORS. Is one of her wish for her detractors to stop?
"no, just let them be! there are some things that you just could not have, thats how to balance life, you cant have everything, its not like just accept it, having a balance is a good thing. everything cant be perfect." marian said.
she added,"If you're my friend, you are my friend. If you're my enemy, you are my enemy.i'm a transparent person, im lovable im sweet."
NADINE SAMONTE. We also ask for marian's reaction about what nadine samonte have said during an interview, nadine defended marian with bella padilla issue saying that the room has no lock so its impossible for marian to lock bella padilla inside the room.
the 3 work together during endless love.
marian stated, "that's the good thing, the truth will always prevail! so i have nothing to explain when i know im on the right side."
now that nadine has transfered to another tv station what can she say about this?
"Ofcourse, i dont want to say to her, "go! and transfer! its not a good thing to say..."
But marian is the first person to know about nadine transfering to tv5.
she said "i gave her advice, do whatever makes you happy. If you think it will be the best for
you then do it."
SELOSA ISSUE. Marian answers the issue always throw against her, that she is very selosa (jealous).
"You know what, sometimes when you say"Yes im jealous!" some people would think you are jealous
your whole life! when you get jealous sometimes it doesnt mean you will be jealous your whole life!"
So, what's her reaction when some people say she is very selosa?
"he is very seloso too" marian says with a laugh about dingdong dantes.
when is the last time dingdong got jealous?
"its not to who..." Marian answers.
"there are just things like for example i am busy "oh your busy, you dont...." like that.when you get jealous it doesnt always mean you get jealous to someone."
What if the jealousy is always to someone?
"It depends, maybe there is a reason why..." marian stated.
on her part, when she get jealous, is there a reason?
"You know what its hard to tell when jealousy is the topic. First of all im sure you have interviewed
Dong. He is very vocal about what kind of relationship we have, what am i to his life. I have nothing
to explain or prove to myself. Those people who says marian is too selosa, okay, fine. What important is Dingdong is mine. period!"
she added,"Its hard to explain.. "i dont get jealous, i really dont," its better to say,"just ask dingdong to be fair." so it wont be like i brag about myself. just ask dingdong."
AMAYA. Marian's epicserye in GMA-7 have a new timeslot, it will be after 24 oras.
Amaya will air for a long time, but the closeness of the cast and production team has become obvious.
Marian Stated, "There will be a lot of revelations in amaya, a lot of things will happen. Amaya discover
a lot of things and also Amaya's secret is slowly getting discover, Amaya's writers have a lot of ideas
that will make Amaya even better."
At first, there are a lot of people criticizing amaya because of its bravery to tell a story that almost forgotten.but now, even the historians, critics and different schools and private sectors are praising amaya for its story.
Marian stated, "Its always like that, not just in Amaya even in real life, its like that. atleast as time goes by we prove ourselves. I always say this, Amaya is not just Marian Rivera, its all the cast and direk Mac, the production, all of us. Im just acting, reading the script. People Behind the camera gives more effort here."
What realization does amaya give to her?
"It doesnt really give me any difficulty, maybe just the words, the way you suppose to speak
Although, its tagalog, but i find it hard to speak deep tagalog. Sometimes its like "What does this mean?" So, i also learn deep tagalog."
Marian is excited for her amayya character transformation as a warrior.
"Yes! Super!" she said. "when i wore my costume its so different! im so happy!
DINGDONG AS GUEST. Marian was asked if she knows the request from fans to get dingdong guested on amaya.
But for marian, "what will be his role?"
"When we work together again, i want it to be big, not just to guest him. Maybe next year."
Is she and dingdong make up already?
We reminded marian about dingdong's guesting on tonight with arnold clavio where dingdong told her "lets make up!"
What does this mean?
"Sometimes Dong is... its hard to explain. Some people think its just me. But ofcourse sometimes Dingdong is also moody, i just ignore him when he is moody. but he could not bare it when i ignore him so he will say "lets make up.." but thats how relationship is. its a sign to cuddle eachother after."
