utk bake kali ke2 tu, biasanya maklang tak msk dlm acuan semula...mklang just gunakan ppcup  dan susun je dlm tray terus bakar....setakat ni belum pernah terjadi lagi yg retak......

Sue, akceli krim kastad. kat oz ader krim kastard yg ready made kita just curah je kat kek ata desert yg kita nak. Kastard tu tinggal sikit so yumna masak campur ngan tpd jagung sikit tu yg warnanya light sikit..

setelah lama mengidam nak buat blueberry cheese tart ni...akhirnya petang td berjaya juga saya membuatnya...yeaaaaa ..laaa tak susah rupanya buatnya....and yg penting sedap sekali....maklumlah saya tak pernah makan ni....cuma teruja nak buat coz tengok gambar and baca feedback2 kat sini.....hehehe

satu saya nak tanya pada penggemar2 cheese tart ni... masa baru2 mula masak, pastry dia rangup, tapi dah lama2 tak rangup dah... mmg sepatutnya camtu ke? anyway tak rangup pun still sedap... cuma musykil mmg tak rangup ke?

smlm punya pastri ada lg lebih, so saya decided utk buat egg tart plak. haaa yg ni pun serious saya mmg tak pernah mkn lagi.... so balance pastri smlm saya bakar balik lama skit, biar dia crunchy lebih skit. inti egg tart saya ikut resepi kak liza coz senang main cawan2 je..hehehe....

wallaaaa very nicelah...... tak sangka sedap rupanya... selama ni nmpk kat kedai serious tak teringin pun nak membelinya....

so bila saya lebihkan masa membakar pastrinya, it turned out kerapuhannya sungguh rapuh... i like...this is what i want... tapi, again bila dah lama2 tu, ia akan lembik dan kurang rapuh... mmmm nmpknya saya fail tang tu... anyway, i rasa i tak berapa kisah sgtlah whether i fail or not ttg pastri tu coz the taste is superbbbbb..skit pun tak menjejaskan rasanya    i like both blueberrry chesse tart dan egg tart ni.... and the best part is, all my family love it....

thank you all of you yg bg i teruja nak mencubanya...nyum...nyum....

saya tak pernah buat chestat ni.....

nak tanya, saya tringin buat utk raya aji nanti...so nak tanya chestat ni tahan lama mana...?

ok ker klau simpan dlm bekas kedap udara..? ker kena simpan dlm fridge...?takut filling chese tak tahan...

camna ye..?

dik, akk bukan sifu ye.. tp more to sipu sedut je. hehe

kulit tart tu, awk nk buat bile2 pun xpe.
simpan dlm bekas kedap udara. once lemau/masuk angin, just reheat dlm oven 5-10 minit nanti die rapuh semula.. suhu rendah je cukup, kalau tinggi kang gelap pulak kulit tart tu..  
utk filling die tu pulak, 2 hari b4 raye haji boleh la buah. pastu kene keep dlm fridge. sbb cheese ni kan cepat kulat. so kene simpan dlm fridge.

dlm musim raye haritu akk ade buat gk cistat ni, mini punye lah.
bwk p surau sbb ade jamuan raya. senang nk makan. sekali ngap pasti nak lagi
nantilah rajin boleh letak kt sini gmbr nya..

a'ahh..instant custard byk jual kat kedai bakery supplier..
then boleh refer resepi kak mas yg saya tepek tuu..

saya tgk kat bakery kan, tart2 diorang tu mcm berkilat & melekit kat bahagian atas tu....ade yg ckp, sapu jem....ade yg ckp, letak gelatin campo bahan2 lain....ape ke bahan2nye ek....tgk kat sini, takde lak tart org yg berkilat....ke, saya yg tak perasan?

biasenye diorg guna campuran Apricot Glaze dan sedikit air utk bagi kilat kt tart.. (nk suh nampak cantik+sedap tuu )
ataupun atas buah-buahan yg diletak atas cake tu utk elak dr LOBAM.
maybe boleh guna jem, tp dicairkan sket lah.
boleh dapatkan apricot glaze tu kt bakery supplier
