[FEATURE] NICHKHUN talks about "One of the hardest things of becoming 2PM"
After we became 2PM and we made a debut, we went through a lot of struggles and a lot of hard time actually. We worked really hard to prove ourselves that we’re a good team and that we can always be better. We have a lot of good fans. Thanks to a lot of support from our fans all over the world and a good team, I think we were able to break the ice, to come out of the shell and be popular.
During that time it took a lot of efforts. We would want to be better by doing acrobatics and whatnot. People would get hurt like Junho got hurt from trying to make a better performance.
I think what’s important about being a celebrity or a performer is that you always have to be better. You can’t stay still. You can’t do the same thing over and over or your fans and the viewers are gonna get bored.
The trend keeps changing. The trend changes so fast nowadays that we have to catch up with the trend. We have to be the trendsetters. We have to always be two steps ahead of the trend. We have to create new things, new performances, new stages for you guys and for the viewers.
What’s really hard about my job is to always come up with something that people haven’t done before. It’s more like gambling because with work like music and movies, you never know what people are gonna like or what people aren’t gonna like.
Sometimes this song sounds really good to me and I think it’s gonna work. But when it comes out, people might not like it. Sometimes it hurts me because we have put a lot of efforts into this album. But when it comes out, people don’t really like it. So it’s hard because you can’t predict what’s gonna become a big hit or what’s not. What people are gonna like or what people aren’t gonna like.
I think that’s one of the hardest things of becoming 2PM. To always discover the undiscoverable which is what will be popular.

It’s been a long while, please tells us what you’ve been up to.
We’re preparing for 2PM activities. We’ve already completed the music video filming, jacket photo shoot and all the recordings. We’re going to release the album as soon as possible. We were supposed to come back in April, but then it got pushed to June, and now the final time limit is set for September. We haven’t decided on the exact date yet, but it should be somewhere around that time. Since the audio recording and music video are complete (that was around February and March), we’re now applying the final touches for the preparation. Personally, my solo album was announced in Japan, and we’re releasing it on July 9th. During the album activities, the nationwide concert tour in Japan starts on July 3rd.

2PM announce their September comeback with a full length album
Just when you thought cooler weather was up head with fall approaching, 2PM has announced their comeback to heat things up for HOTTEST!
It's been previously hinted at a few times, but JYP Entertainment has officially announced that the group will return in a year and 4 months as their comeback has been set for September.
Their fans will be awarded for their patience as the boys will release a full length album this time! In addition to that, Jun.K is said to have written and composed their title track himself, making this the first time the group will be promoting with a title track by a member.
2PM is also set to continue activities in Japan with a single release in September in addition to the full length album in Korea.
"2PM are very excited with their comeback in September up ahead and are passionately putting the final touches on their comeback... They'll be actively promoting in Korea after the release of the album, so please look forward to it," the agency said.
The boys seem ready to make a grand return to their fans, so the only question remaining is, are you ready for them?!
2PM Ready to Go “Crazy” in Mysterious Teaser Images?
Several members of 2PM have released mysterious images on their personal Twitter accounts, seemingly teasing about their upcoming September comeback!
On August 28, Taecyeon uploaded a colorful party photo featuring Nichkhun andWooyoung, with the former pouring a drink in the latter’s mouth. Along with the photo, Taecyeon poses a question, “Are they crazy?”
Shortly after, Jun.K seems to continue the story, posting a photo of Taecyeon andChansung wrapped up in a similar party silliness while asking the same question. Wooyoung followed suit, depicting a photo of Jun.K and Junho in the same setting.
Based on tweets, it seems like we can expect more teaser images from 2PM soon!
Insiders give more details on 2PM's comeback set for September
JYP Entertainment previously announced 2PM's upcoming comeback this September followed by teaser images tweeted by the group, hinting that their comeback is drawing near and now it is being rumored among insiders that 2PM is set to make a comeback on September 15!
According to an exclusive by OSEN, insiders stated that 2PM are set to release their 4th full-length album on September 15 and plan to kick off their comeback stages on music shows in the 2nd week of September. This will mark their first comeback in 15 months since their 3rd full-length album 'GROWN'.
The title track is reported to be an upbeat song much like "Hands Up" which fans already predicted, judging by the exciting teaser images unveiled earlier today. As mentioned previously, Jun.K is said to have composed and written their upcoming title track. 2PM will also kick off their world tour at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, Seoul on October 3-4.
