aritu budak kaunter tu tunjuk... i tak sure how it's supposed to be done. my  ...

kalau deadlift ni aku jarang pakai bar. aku pakai mesin. lagi aku rasa hit kat lower back muscle. pakai bar aku pernah try. tp aku tak rasa maybe aku tak tahu nak guna bar tu atau aku dah terbiasa dgn mesin.


yang penting sis.. lutut kena bengkok sikit bontot jgn lupa tonggek chest up. tangan jgn bengkok..


ok sekian. kalau aku salah hampun mahap.. minta tunjuk ajar

biasakan ngn free weights.

ibarat belajar memandu kereta terus nk bwk auto tknak belajar manual

tuu la.. aku tak dapat feel lagi on the deadlift... ada similarity tak dengan T-bar row? Tapi the next day mmg rasa la kt back... muscles that I didn't know exist tetiba muncul hahahaha... My dad geleng kepala je anak pompuan dia main besi..
takpelah, kayuh pelan2... experiment more

tq.. bole buat homework dulu sebelum pergi gym esok.. Shoulder day.
tapi biasanya sebelum pergi kemain lagi tengok vids and all.. sampai gym lupa semua.. mamat kaunter jugak yang aku heret suruh demo hahahaha.. kesian dia...

Lepas raya. Raya tahun ni hilang 1 1/2 kg je as opposed to 5 kg every year lol.

Ada siapa2 tahu tak mana nak dapat set dumbell Kettler.

I dah ada satu set...nak beli lagi satu set.

Set yg dulu beli kat Sunway pyramid....skang i stay kat s.bernam...malas nak ke sana.

hai nak tanya,... kalau ada masalah lutut.. senama apa je yang boleh buat untuk turunkan weight?  threadmill aje ke... dunno la lepas bersalin ni kaki tangan cam kebas2.. some more breastfeeding lagi.. ingat nak buat atkins tapiii nanti sian kat baby pulak... huwaa i really need to kurangkan berat ni... jalan sikit pun mengah huhuhuh
