hi sumer sumer warga diet ...:hug:
hari ni dan esok swift ada kat putrajaya - participate in exhibition. so diet pun mungkin akan tercabar sikit.
pagi tadi dah siap-siap tapau my sprouted-wheat peanut butter sandwich. Buah plum pun ada bawak. Tapi lunch nanti tak taulah. Tak biasa sgt ngan Putrajaya ni. Harap - harap dietku tak hancus...

bangun pagi .. sebleum gi keje minum air limau nipis segelas
b/fast ... mihum goreng sikit + telur + nescafe tarik
lunch..
ikan goreng sebelah.. hati.. 3 ketul.. sayur soon sop + tauhu + air kosong
petang.. kantoi.. office mate beli kuih.. keropok lekor gitu.. :
malam.. nasi 2 sudu + sotong + sayur.. + air kosong

1 keping tauhu goreng + sambal sket
1 gelas air kosong
11.00 am

tghari 1.00 pm
salad(kobis, daun salad, capsicum) + tuna / ayam + mayo
Telur rebus 1 biji
1 gelas air kosong
3.30 pm
salad
1 gelas air kosong
malam sama cam tgh hari sometimes tambah scramble egg...
Dia ni memang tak amik makanan atau minuman bergula langsung...

malam semlm: mee soup anak punya perabihkan dlm 5,6 sudu + lala sambal goreng
bekpes tadi: nestum + cornflake + anlene
lunch: fish tepanyaki w/o rice + miso soup

Hai sume....baru masuk board balik.
Hari tu kan khaleeda citer....diet atkin 2 kg je turun.
Sejak makan Trim n Klenz tu khaleeda turun 3 kilo.
semalam baru sempat timbang. tapi bukan timbang kat umah
timbang....kat kampung...ampang.
Macam tak caya je...makan Trim n Klenz baru 1 kotak dah turun
selain ikut diet atkin.
Lizzzy......lama tak gaduh ha......haku dah kurus dah......
ko senyapje menghilang...takda kawan gaduh la...........
Rindu pada sumer...patutlah minum air putih tersedak-sedak...
rupenyer banyak yang tanya sejak kehilangan ku.....

Mulakan dgn setting your matlamat. Dan matlamat tu kena realistik. Contohnya, nak kurangkan 5 kg dalam bulan June ni. Jgn terus pikir nak hilangkan yg 100 kg tu..make small steps first. At least it's achievable.
Rancang pemakanan seharian. Kalau aqia kerja kat opis, it's better if you can bring your own food to work. At least you have control over what you eat..
If you really want to follow the Atkins diet, make the effort to understand how it works. kena rajin buat research..Masa memula je rasa susah, lepas tu okay dah. In fact, you'll enjoy it..Bila badan tu mula dah rasa ringan, hati pun rasa happy, then naturally you'll want to continue..
Finally, jangan lupa jenguk this thread selalu..there's a lot of friends here to motivate each other... |
