minum air serai..mudah je..minum hari ni..esok kempis..tp dengan syarat buncit tu sbb angin..kalau buncit sbb lemak  cuma 1 je..kena bsenam!!

Petua akak yg penah berkesan, bila makan jangan bersulam dgn air. Pas 15 minit mkn baru minum air. Pastu minum rooibos tea tanpa gula. Minum sejuk nyamannn..
