nak tanya ebook tu citer pasal apa ek? nak jugak beli tapi takut dah beli pastu x guna mcm rugi la ...

ebook tu cite pasal basic concept utk kurang berat.. ada byk ebook..sbb sy beli yg all in..byr rm60 n selagi dia ada kuarkan ebook baru or video leh dpt la tnpa byr lagi..ebook kevin tu sy buat panduan psl kalori n pemakanan..berapa kalori kita ptt amik n berapa kene burn..tapi kalau bimbang xberbaloi, google je.. byk lagi info free..kalau senaman sy tgk kat www.nowloss.com. dah 4 mggu diet n senaman sy dah kurang 3kg.sy target semggu 1 kg..kwn pun ada tegur dah nmpak slimmer...ada mggu yg xkurang berat tp sy perasan bentuk bdn lbh elok la..baju longgar. betis pun dah nmpak muscle.. sejak mula diet ni sy byk google info.. nk gain knowledge so that xkecewa bila diet gagal n  terus konsisten.apa perubahan pd bdn sy google.. cth ms awl diet, sy jd dahaga melampau, lps google tau la, itu sbb ketosis.. sy tulis apa sy mkn tau.. walaupun sikit..sy mkn nasi 2 kali..tgh hari n mlm.kalau blk keje kul 9mlm, kul 9mlm la sy mkn.nasi tu sikit je.. kevin kata sebesar 1 genggam, sy amik half.air kosong mmg byk.skrg dah jd 4-5 liter sehari..diet sy xseksa diri punya.. sy mkn jugak cupcake, pizza, kfc, ayam bakar, roti2,coklat, nasi lomak.cume sy xpnh cedok gula..maksudnya sy xde la sesaje bancuh air tmbah gula.or masak pun letak gula..kalau nk minum sy amik 2 sudu milo  tmah air panas.

pasal badan bau tu, itu tanda positif tau.. ada baca article psl tu..bau badan yg teruk dr bau kita yg biasa maknanya mcm bdn kita tgh effective dlm pembakarn lemak..kalau xsilap gitu la lbh kurang maksudnya..sy ni lbh berat jugak.tp sbb tggi, xla nmpk bulat sgt...target lg 13kg..tp kalau dpt smpai 17-20kg lg pun lg bgs

jom jomm exercise....nk g gym tp tak sempat sbb rumah jauh dr semua tpt termasuk fitness centre...nnt bazir masa tengah jalan...sbgai gantinya..somi iols dah belikan tredmill @:@:@ disaat iols menaip ni...tredmill tu ade kat belakang iols menanti utk dijogingkan :@:@:@

okay dah..jom exercise...iols target nk turun XXkg dlm masa setaun boleh nnt 2 3 bln lg husband iols g DPA...harap2 bila heols balik after 6 months, mata heols terbeliak tengok iols yang dah jadik shekshi

wah...you really terror...i 30 mins pon dah sakit lutut. oya i gemuks badan berat...

masa memula start tu memang nak buat 5 minit kat atas ellipticals tu pon rasa dah give up.. tapi lama2 ok la je buat sampai 20-30 minit.. bial badan dah ada stamina baru ok buat all d execises.. sekarang ni nak tambah lagi weight lifting sbb buat weight lifting ni peluh lagi byk keluar dari buat treadmill.. memula tu mcm x caya je tapi memang betul sebab weight lifting ni lagi byk bakar lemak dari buat benda2 lain.. apa pon, sekarang ni mcm addicted dah nak pegi gym hari2 tapi bila baca kat google kata x elok pegi everyday so limit 4 days per week je la..

ok.. i ni buat sendiri je kalori counting lepas tgk kat google coz malas nak beli2 ebook ni karang mmbazir kalau x praktikkan..
yg website u bagi tu memang bagus la.. most of the exercise tu memang i ada buat kat gym.. nanti i cuba amalkan apa yg dia suruh buat everyday tu utk cepatkan weight loss..
skrg ni minum air memang x hengat.. sgt byk sampai berbotol2.. pegi toilet mmg xpayah cakap la, boleh kata every 10-15 minits.. tapi paling best sejak berexcersice ni badan x cepat letih.. memang sentiasa ada energy and nak bangun pagi pon senang je.. bila baby bangun nak susu je senang je nak bangun.. dulu memang liat je ..
memang berbaloi la exercise ni suka sangat

ok.... you target 10km? tea rasa 5km daily minimum is good enough... 5km is equivalent to 50 mins  ...

okay lah tu..mula2 seminggu 2 kali..nnt up 3 kali..nnt up 4 kali..iols tengah risau ni psl pembahagian masa..camane..iols keje 8-5...g keje 730..balik on time kol 5...tp g pam susu dlu...dan rutin harian lepas balik keje ialah bawak ank jalan2 kat taman at least 15 minutes setiap hari...so sampai ke rumah around kol 7 malam...pehtu plak iols kene bahagikan masa seadilnya dengan pam susu...satu sesi pam ambik masa sejam dan kene pam every 3 hours...huhu...tu tak campur nk dodoikan ank lg...husband suh exercise kol 530-630 pg..tp tu pon waktu iols ngepam susu sian nnt baby tak dpt mommy's milk sbb iols EP mom( mak yang bg anak 100% susu perahan)..runsing camane nk konsisten dengan eksersais ni...

i beli strider cross trainer,ada gym ball,ada dumb bell..

threadmill i tak beli sebab lutut hub ...

kat oversea i tgk tv oprah, ramai yang ada gym equipment kat umah... sini mahal lah treadmill tuh...dulu i beli stationary bicycle jadi tempat gantung baju jer.. i ingat nak buat installment treadmill tu ingat sambil tengok tv boleh jalan...tp treadmill tu besar gedabak...living room i kecik pulak... gi gym i rasa dah selesa, sebab lelaki pandang2 i yang besor ni...malu i*

takde maknenye jaga baby je boleh kurus kalu tak mesti i dah kurus dah skang...eksersais masa jaga baby bukan konsisten...kene jugak exercise..kwn i yang skang bdn dah fit gile ckp..at least sejam sehari dan campur2 beberapa jenis workout pon dah okay...jap i tempek gambau die bg..kalau opis uols takde block fb.boleh ler nengok ye
