Rasa kmk petua2 banyak kita di porum tok tauk tapiiii....nak ngamalnya ya lah lemah..sebab ya kmk madah fomula mcm di atas....30% displin,30% semangat,20% besenam & 20% gik kurangkan makan (terutamanya malam)

So seperti yg telah kamek janjikan...nak berkongsi tip2 & motivasi  pasal reduce berat badan tok.... hmmm bukan sekadar nak reduce jak..
yg penting utk kesihatan dirik sendirik juak...kan???

So sebelum nak mula,  
mulakan dgn matlamat....mesti ada matlamat (arah tuju la..gia)..mun sik da...sik guna juak...
Tapi Matlamat kita mesti ler realistik... masuk akal sikit...

jadi.........

1.  tetapkan matlamat atau arah tuju kita...maksudnya mun time tokberat badan kita 65kg...so matlamat kita nak nurun ke 50. so ia laharah tuju kita...tujuan kita... tapi jgn berharap nak nurun dalamsebulan 15kg ya.......mmg sik dpt...pelan2...

2.  mun ada bespen... jadikan nya sebagai tempat melapur...padahdgn nya kita tengah berdiet...so nya sebagai pemantau la...dpt tegur2kita mun kita ..over makan ka...apa ka....

3.  pikir kan impian kita MUN dah berat badan turun.... - misalnyadapat pakai baju sebelum kawin?? dapat pakai seluar jean adik?? dapat kbaju fit ke pulic tanpa ada bumper...hehehehe...

4.  Mesti Konsisten!!! ikut jadual bersenam dan plan diet kita tek...jgn mudah mengalah...

5.  Usaha, yakin & sabar -  insyallah...tentu menampakkan hasil...

6.  masa bersenam - paling bagus..sebelum turun kerja... adakelebihan dan keenaran nya di sitok... waktu kerja kita rasa teramatcergas, stemina ada...jrg dpt stress... atau lepas kerja... masa diamikbersenam cuma 20-30min jak...tapi kena konsisten....

7.  plan or rancang masa makan  - jgn sebarang jak masamakan.... kalau boleh ambik makanan 'lebih' kit masa pagi &tengahhari...  sebelah malam jgn makan la...kalau boleh after 7atau 8 jgn makan... minum aik kosong, mun lapar minum jus nuk adamanis2 k tenaga...# masa berdiet tok..aik kosong berguna k ngalasperut....

stop jap.... tengah carik tok...diari kamek tok kucar kacir kit...kejap page depan, jap page belakang...siap ada resepi juak dalam    cari tip2 lok...ok.... jap gik sambung....
