tp seems like 57th NHK Kouhaku is creating a havoc sekarang ni sebabkan performance DJ Ozma... hehhe

Hiroki Uchi and Hironori Kusano will make a return to the entertainment world as trainees under Johnny's Entertainment after 1 1/2 year hiatus for Uchi and 8 months for Kusano, as revealed by the agency on 31 December 2006. Both belong to the group NEWS while Uchi also belongs to the current high-rising group Kanjani8. Following Kusano's suspension in April 2006, NEWS' activities were also suspended as a group. Both were caught drinking underage before suspension; Uchi was 18 in July 2005 while Kusano was 17 in April 2006.

Both however will not pursue with NEWS and Kanjani8's activities for the moment, and such, NEWS will regroup as a 6-members unit beginning 31 December 2006 in the Johnny's Countdown Concert 2006-2007.

In the mean time, Kanjani8's popularity is expanding even more with the group's first ever dome concert on 25th February 2007 back in their hometown at Osaka Dome. The dome can hold 60,000-70,000 fans, almost as big as Tokyo Dome which has a capacity of 80,000. Balloting for tickets are expected to go on sale by January, although there's no confirmation yet on how many shows the group will hold on that day. However, at least 50,000 fans from all over the country (and outside of Japan) are expected to turn up for every show, following two very successful nationwide tours in September/October and December last year.

The group has had a sell-out tour where 7 shows were added to the initial 23 shows in September/October, totalling 36 shows in 11 cities. Another sell-out tour followed in December where 4 shows were added to the initial 16 shows, totalling 20 shows in 6 cities. The overall nationwide tour ended in Yokohama Arena which holds 17,000 fans, their biggest venue yet, until Osaka Dome in February 2007.
