tks for the idea..
just that it shud have been noted a long time a go...
when the prob arise but since that time if we/everibodi noticed that MAS
alredi undergo 2-3 time change in the managment..quite difficult for someone who r new to the company to really make any changes....
but noticed always a lot of money spend in changing the deceration of their office every time somebody new take over the office.... |

mmg kebiasaannya macam tu... can't be denied it's hard to change something yang memang dah macam tu budaya nya.... but at least, no harm done in trying... i believe if the person who hold the top position really does his work and the people really support him, it will work... but kalo dah duduk kat situ with hidden agenda in mind, more of personal nyer benefit dari company nyer benefit, susah la....
