dulu rasanya pernah la i buat karipap biasa pakai majerin panas, actually bukan la panas btul, suam2 la..tapi karipap tu bila time panas2 tu makan, sedap la garing..tapi bila dah sejuk jadi liat  lak.Tapi kalau pakai crisco karipap tu still maintain garing walaupun dah sejuk. tu yang i dah try buat la..orang lain punya mungkin berbeza

pasai shortening tu, nak beli crisco ade je biasa nye. kalau tade jual kat kedai bleh jer beli on-line you can buy yg saiz besar punye..senang n tayah nak kena beli selalu..search je kat Yahoo! Japan punye shopping tu..type "crisco hanbai(hanbai ni tulis ler kanji yek)" mesti kuar kedai2 yg jual brg import ni. maybe you can try looking kat department stores punye supermarket..selalu nye ada jual.

pasai shortening jepun ni, some say bleh makan. kita tak penah lak try..sbb slalu beli crisco kat kedai jer

lemme know if ur still having problems finding crisco ek..

weekend ari tu, lepas buat mee kuning, buat karipap plak. versi kak dewi punyer karipap pusing. memang sedaplah karipap ni. kulit dia rapuh... cuma crystal punye karipap tu pusingan dia tak berapa nampak. apsal yer. crystal gelek pakai mesin pengelek . karipap pusing ni kena gelek manual ker baru nampak pusingan dia..
anyway thank you kak dewi sebab share resepi yg marvellous nie....

crystal biasanya kalau nak karipap pusing..baik pakai manual...nampak je pusingan dia..

k .noor, kenapa kekadang karipap pusing ni kan, bila digoreng tu dia terbukak2?...karipap tu jadi ternganga lak lps digoreng. Nak kata tak klip betul2, rasanya dah betul...terlebih uli ke?..sebab saya uli pakai mixer.
