Nak enterprem apam eno yang aku buat bebaru ni......




Apam tepung beras

200 g tapai nasi
350 g air
100 g gula
250 g tepung beras
1 paket eno

Cara membuat:

    * Blender tapai dengan air
    * Dalam mangkuk, masukkan tepung beras dan gula.
    * Kemudian masukkan tapai yang sudah di blender tapi.
    * Kacau dengan hand whisk, hingga gula hancur.
    * Biarkan semalaman (atau 3 - 4 jam)
    * Bila dah nak dikukus, masukkan eno ke dalam adunan.
    * Sapukan sedikit minyak masak ke dalam acuan sebelum masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan.
    * Kukus hingga masak.

Cara membuat tapai:

    * Masak Nasik spt biasa.
    * Bila dah masak, sejukkan nasi.
    * Dah sejuk, taburkan ragi (dalam 20 g) yang dah dihancurkan di atas nasi.
    * Campur sedikit gula dengan air, kacau hingga hancur.
    * Dah tu, taburkan kat atas nasi juga, dan gaul nasi tadi supaya ragi dan air gula tu sebati.
    * Masukkan ke dalam bekas, dan simpan di tempat yang panas selama 2 hari.
