dak abu..mula2 lari memang semput..kena tahan gak...dah lepas 1km..memang dah ok..tak rasa semput dah...
hari ni semput pasal sebelum masuk gym pi melantak nasi dulu ngan sambal udang..ekekeke
tak timbang lak hari ni...mesin timbang rosak..anak main lompat2 atas tu...
kena beli baru lerr.. |

Haaaa...hang x buleh celen haku... try lari 4.5km dgn speed 7.5km/h, target less than 30 mins .... tu wa punya rekod cemerlang a few months ago... la ni tataw la pulak cemana.... |

Try la, hang kuruih...bukan mcm haku yg byk lemak nih.... cuma haku stamina mmg tinggi...main badminton dgn budak2 one hour, haku main sorang2, depa dah bertukar ganti...kihkihkiihhhh.... |

Try ask the FF personal trainer...kat area consultation kat FF Wisma Consplant tu ada satu machine like this, yg can calculate ur body fat mass, muscle mass and water percentage....looks like the normal weighing scale, but more advance... |
