sian tapi kenapa percaya sangat dengan broker.

kami pun baru beli bangunan apartment dr owner terdahulu.
ada penghuni tapi kami check setiap apartment lagi..
kami siap upah orang check bangunan untuk kerosakkan..
lepas tu baru kami beli....

ialah beli pakaian pun puas hati tenguk sendiri pilih sendiri inikan
pulak nak beli tempat berteduh yang sah sah bukan murah.

if there's a specific clause state so then sorry to say susah nak fight sbb u dah terima apa jua kondisi rumah tue
dan maap kata juga bila beli sub sale house this is part yg u suka atau x kena terima akan apa jua ttg rumah tue sbb basically u dah terima akan kondisi rumah, apa pun alasan yg u berikan cam x berkesempatan utk lihat keadaan dgn sebenar2nya x kan diterima di mahkamah, semuanya berdasarkan documentation

mcm2 hal beli umah ni kan ....

mcm kakak vase kesian gak..... beli umah lelong, byr cash kt bank....  tapi umah xdpt masuk masa 2012 sbb owner tegar xnak kuar dari umah tu, umah pun ade caveat.... bank kate bukan urusan mereka .... kesian kakak, dah laa umah pertama.... awal 2013 baru laa dpt kunci umah... tapi owner sgt teruk, pecahkan lantai, pecahkan dapur, buka grill, siap conteng kat dinding 'wlcome to my home' .....
