Hey Ladies.... Jom pi Gym....

So this morning i dah start pi gym....I di sana dari 6.15 pagi hingga 7 pagi..
i just jalan dan lari skit2 kat treadmills... hanya 35 minits i mampu buat..


tu pon..
hasab sungguh rasanya...
i tak breakfast before going, i baca somewhere tu sala satu cara cheat untuk lose weight..tak ingat kenapa, kena kaji balik..
I gi timbang berat i..
Serius i ingat i 82 kg rupa2nya i 86kg....i tak sedar i jadi begini besar..
i go back makan telur 3 bijik dengan cheese dan Anlene i..

Kat tpt keje i mmg ada gym tp fasiliti kurang memuaskan..pegi gak tp kena berator lak nk guna mesim..
Last2 gi gym kat area bdr permaisuri....

tahniah dgn azam baru..

i gym kat rumah,alatan exercise beli letak kat rumah..

i guna sambil nonton tv and dgr lagu2...

memang ralit i tak sedar lah berapa lama bersenam..

tau2 aje rasa macam lenguh dah kaki..

Thanks you.....tapi serius beli alatan exercise yang best...you beli apa equipment? in the long run lagi menjimatkan..family members pon boleh guna..
I wish i can buy treadmills....tapi i dont think i mampu...my hosue pon no space untuk bulky equiptment..
weight training equpment hubby i pon dah dah ambik one room..
I bet kalau tengok your fav program tak perasan tengah excercise... eeee best...

Today 37 mins walk and jog kat treadmills..besok tambah lagi seminit... my target nak capai 10 km... huhuhu...

ok.... you target 10km? tea rasa 5km daily minimum is good enough... 5km is equivalent to 50 mins warmup, walking n jogging...... also equivalent to about 10,000 steps....

yes, threadmill mmg kena ada ample space kat rumah... jangan beli yang kecik cam gintell tu... better beli yang standard cam reebok tu, sbb dia ada certain minimum recommended dimension  yang safe and comfortable... bole avoid injury jugak.... kalo tanak beli threadmill, bole buat dancing kat rumah... or beli exercise board and beli dance cd.. pasang kat tv rumah... more enjoyable kalo buat dancing nie...

u target 1kg a week pun dah cukup bagus... tea masa tahun 2009 berat 70kg... nak turun keberat sekarang 51 kg makan masa 2 tahun lebih ok... its oke... dont push too much... tp lagi banyak BMI you from ideal BMI 23 max, lagi senang you nak truun berat badan... ada kawan tea BMI dia almost 30.... dia turun 15kg dalam less than 3 months!!!!!

i know you can do it girl... exercising, couple with healthy diet.... cepat aje dpt ideal weight...

sy jarang gi gim....tapi kalu pergi suka wat speed walking kat threadmill....d only exercise that i enjoy the most....hehe...

Suka wat 20 km....paling kurang pun 10 km....

hmm taktau bila nak gi gim balik nie.....

i can do it, so can u...but first u must like the exercise u are doin....tu for me lah....

Bila dah biasa buat....jadi senang....since u dah buat 2km today, esok try to do atleast 3km....next day, naikkan skit2...lama leh dpt 10km....lepas tu stakat 10km senang kacang jer beb....kdg2 i nak wat 10km jer....pastu bila dah hit 10km i said to myself...maybe i continue to do few more km....pastu end up 20km....haha....

i beli strider cross trainer,ada gym ball,ada dumb bell..

threadmill i tak beli sebab lutut hubby dah kaput,tu lah,kes rowing bertahun2 sudahnya impak lutut sakit..arthritis due to exercise..hehehe

so,activity senam menggunakan lutut mmg tak ada dlm rumah..used to have stepper but now i tinggalkan kat malaysia..

i am more on toning my body,berat sudah ok..just to shed flabbiness..part ni yang payah sebab nak balik kepada bentuk yang cantik tu makan masa..

tapi,7 weeks i pakai cross trainer tu sudah lost few inches,target nak straighten bahagian tepi peha ni supaya tiada lemak berbonjol,di tepi punggung..gym ball utk sit ups..

reason kenapa i buat kat rumah sebab i bertudung dan i rimas kalau senam dgn bertudung..sebaiknya i buat kat rumah,i pun boleh pakai pakaian exercise yang proper..hehehe...

dulu 2-3 bln sbelum kawin, sy pegi gym seminggu dua kali. nasi tak sentuh lagi dlm 2 bulan. asyk mkn mee goreng, bihun sup, ketiau sup, nasi ayam (ayam lebih, nasi kurang) turun la dlm 4 kilo. tp efeknya muka berminyak. mybe sebab pengambilan makana berminyak

sy pun dah mula diet.. tp xmampu la nk reg gym, takut xboleh bg komitmen  rugi la.. so sy cume beli ebook kevin zahri bgi paham betul2 konsep kuruskan bdn n combine dgn senaman kat page ni http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-lo ... nths.htm#50-workout .. minggu pertama kurang 2kg.. lagi la bersemangat nk kuruskan bdn.. skrg minggu kedua..belum timbang lg..masih ada 13kg lg untuk capai target..unruk terus konsisten, sy buat target ikut mggu.. so nmpak xla ssh sgt nk capai..makan 5 kali sehari.. kiranya xla diet menyiksa diri.. harap2 dpt capai target before may

nak tanya ebook tu citer pasal apa ek? nak jugak beli tapi takut dah beli pastu x guna mcm rugi la pulak..
skrg ni pegi gym kat stadium shah alam tu.. why i choose there? sbb dekat ngan ofis + xde aircond. i mmg xkan berpeluh kalau exercise dlm aircond.. so far dah pegi 2 minggu.. selalu dlm 15 mins buat warm up, pastu buat sit up, planking and apa2 yg berkenaan nga perut for another 15mins. Lepas pada tu baru pegi kat treadmill or ellipticals & weight lifting for 30 mins. Tu suma personal trainer ajar masa memula masuk gym. Dia kata d most important thing is dlm 1 hr kita berexercise tu kita rehat not more than 1 minute for each exercise yg kita buat so that the body can burn more calories consistently. Memang penat & berpeluh x hengat punya.. bila dah sudah tu bau badan memang x larat nak bau.. hehehe.. i ni kategori obese jugak la lepas bersalin.. memandangkan dah cukup kuota and x nak beranak lagi, memang dah set target nak loose weight this year.. nak turun sampai 55kg from 73kg now ni.. insyallah
