Kalau tengok data, problem started around 2500 feet, i.e about 7 nm on final appproach.
Anything happen the crew will try to tackle the problem first by making sure they control the plane, secure the plane then only communicate. So mayday call tu last in the list lah..
At 2500 feet, dah rendah sangat dah, gear pun dah down, clerance for landing dah dapat. Masa tu speed dah low dgn plane fully loaded dengan drag dari landing gear and flap. If one of the engine fail, kalau ikut specification, with remaining good engine boleh continue fly to land on the runway. But, if the plane overweight , it cannot sustain, atau if the pilot slam the power of good engine to maximum at slow speed, it might end up in uncontrollable situation sebab that engine might cause a big yawing moment , rudder pun tak cukup untuk control balik. Itu yg buat plane tu banking,(secondary effect of yaw) and at low speed, boleh terus masuk stall..
so , they were very busy trying to control the plane, tak sempat nak buat mayday call..
I boleh bagi my pandangan jer, what actually happened up there, tunggu siasatan.

dah nampak dah situation dengan jelas. tq captain kelana ..
blackbox yang tiada fdr ( flight data recorder) tu normal ye? sbb tengok berita keluar takde . macam specs yang ada ialah voice recorder sahaja.
kat amerika baru jatuh jet fighter. tp sempat keluar sebab ada kerusi ejection. huhu.

Semua kapten dlm tu staff2 dia la kan? Pilot private jet.
Betul semua dalam tu Kapten dia..sebab ada cucu Dato Lope Salleh, Sabak Bernam..memang kitorg kenal dia Kapten penerbangan. |

Black box requirement wajib kalau max weight above 5700 kg.kalau less kena ada juga recorder tapi tak perlu the whole package. Kalau propeller aircraft tak perlu lamgsung kalau below 5700 kg.

Can we eliminate the element of any foul play or even questioned the state of mind of the pilots at the point of time of the tragedy tak bruh?

I dont even think about that...
The time and place where the incident happened memang tak logic la kalau nak kata ada foul play.
Both of them competent pilots, focused to land the plane. But when malfunction occurs at low altitude, not much time and margin for errors at all.. any wrong move,the outcome will be catastrophic.
