Paste jer lah gambar chill..apa nak malu.. Ice baru jek buat experimen ngan diet nie..On Monday aritu..i ate kuih waktu breakfast..by lunchtime ( 3 jam selepas tu)..i was starving..turun food court..carik food banyak-banyak..mmg lapar tak hengattt...
Then on tuesday waktu lunchtime ice makan chicken dan telur..sampai on the way balik rumah pun (6 hours),there is still fullness in my stomach..tak rasa mcm nak singgah kedai beli roti ke apa ke..
Tapi susahlah chill kat rumah nasi very tempting..tatau apsal nasi kat rumah sedap sangat..maybe tak keras n kering mcm kedai punya kots..I hope chill lebih success n berjaya kawal yourself, have more self control than i do..All the best in your journey :pompom: |

atkins memang best.. & it works.. at least for me..
dagu pernah amalkan 'way of eating' ni for about 9 months.. and i lost about 13 kg... itu pun about the first 3 months jer yg i religously ikut... lepas tu start increase carb intake, amik nasi once a while...
memang seronok sangat bila baju2 semua loose.. & boleh share baju lagi dengan my sister... tp sekarang ni dah about 6 bulan dagu tinggalkan atkins ni.. dah balik pada rutin makan mcm biasa.. so badan pun start la naik balik.. dah lama dah tak timbang.. takutttt....
dagu tgh plan nak start balik ni... dah start penuhkan fridge kat rumah dgn sosej & daging burger .. utk bawak bekal ke ofis sbg snack... to avoid lapar in between meals.. |

Godaan tu senantiasa ada di mana-mana ice....ahaksss. Sebab tulah chill rasa kena extend intro phase ni tak layak masuk 2nd phase lagik, pasal ada curi2 makan carbo. Tempted sgt nak makan sushi so pekena 2 ketol. This diet is gud la for self esteem & discipline. Interms of kg tu reduced but interms of shape i dunno coz i didnt notice much diff. But when I tried my shirt yg ssuwei utk time kurus...macam terletak je..... Part boobs tu memang sedey sket tapi takpe nanti chill firm upkan dia dgn buat cardio |

based on my xperience dulu... curi makan sikit2 tu biasa, juz jangan over sangat.. jangan la sampai 2-3 hari direct amik nasik... dulu dagu paling tak tahan dengan teh ais, time kluar lunch dgn ofismate selalu jugak la kantoi teh ais.. time ofis ada function pun dagu makan la jugak nasik but in smaller portion dari biasa... tapi masa induction tu memang tak de curi2 langsung... time tu kiranya suffer la sikit.. kena kuat semangat betul... dagu dulu extend induction tu sampai 4 wks... |

baby pun rasa nak try lah...
buat mende ni mestii kena kuat semangat...my cousin pun ada wat diet ni...dia tak makan nasi for 3months..and only takes protein..mmg turun, baju yang tak muat sumer dah muat...but i dono how much she lost...tapi mmg nampak kesannya.. |

:: bagi saya, program high protein ( atkin's diet ) ni mmg berkesan... bagi saya... saya dah cuba amal kan dulu, 2@3 bulan yg lepas... selepas saya menyedari berat badan saya naik mendadak !! jadi, rajin la surfing internet cari program diet yg boleh diamalkan... saya cuba la atkin's diet dan mmg berhasil... serius... ( dari 53 kg ke 48 kg !! ) ... tapi tak la 100% ikut... actually berpada pada la... just cuba kurang carb tu je... yg lelain tu tak da masalah... tau sumber tu ada karbohidrat tinggi, tolak tepi dulu...
:: sebelum amalkan diet ni, sebelum saya cuba diet dengan tidak memakan apa apa langsung... hanya minum air kosong dan air milo... hanya dapat bertahan 2 hari dan tak boleh diamalkan coz kita sering hilang fokus, selalu rasa nak ngap ngap ngap je... bila solat tak khusyuk... ye la, bak orang sesat kat laut... terpaksa berpuasa... bayangkan... bergegar seluruh badan beb!! dan kemudian terus kan amal kan pogram diet atkin nie... tapi sekarang dah stop sikit ,coz selera makan nasik tu tinggi... mustahil boleh lupa nasi oke... cuma malam tak makan langsung, hanya teguk air kosong @ air milo sahaja... alhamduillah, boleh maintain... dan jangan lupa, senaman !! yep.. senaman paling penting !!

nasik, roti, kuih-muih, soft drink semua tu kena elak. Kekadang fikir susah, but once you get started its all starts to become normal. Yang penting kita kena strictly cut on carbs for the 1st 2 weeks (consumed <20g carb) then after that juz adjust a lil bit on our carb intake. So in a sense we maintain sendiri berat dan monitor how much carb yg boleh trigger berat kita.
Kalau minat lagi, utk tambah more knowledge & direction psl atkins ni, surflah website dia ada byk nun atau beli buku yg mcm ice suggested.
Bersama2 lah kita berjuang and wish u gud luck! Kalo dah start don 4get bagi review kat sini ok  |

jom sapa2 nak joint hani kuruskan badan. kalau ramai2 joint lagi best. at least ada motivasi & boleh kongsi menu2 yg digunakan.
actually hani ada baca beauty archive, tittle Serious Nak Kurus - Author : peona( recommended by Intan Adlina ). best tajuk tu tp maklumla hani baru joint CARI ni pertengahan 2004. so dah ketinggalan la.
mungkin ramai yg dah menjenguk ruangan tuh coz hani tengok last post by ahysa tu pun desember 04. Kalau boleh la experties2 yg dah berjaya dgn diet ATKIN ni beri tunjuk ajar kat kami2 yg baru nak diet ni spt ICE_Q, AHYSA dll. kalau kak peona tu ada lagi best. dengar kata dia dah lama ilang ye ke ?
Tempoh Program ni 2 bulan. Stat ari ni. Semua yg nak joint kena selalu bagi info kat sini esp berat asal, berat lepas 1 minggu, 2 minggu dan seterusnya. menu apa yg dimakan sepanjang minggu ... dengan cara ni kita sama2 boleh fight ! baru semangat sikit !! |

Actualy hani stat diet ni isnin 4/4/04. diet ala low fat diet. tp bila dah surf cari, terjumpa lak ATKIN ni . tu yg jadi lagi semangat nak diet.

Mana ada menu spesifik.. Ice makan apa yg ada jer..makan lauk..ayam masak merah..yum yum yum..SCramble egg..yum yum yum..Daging masak kicap..yum yum yum..Tomyam..yum yu yum..Tapi takder nasi..mee..mee semua jenis mee tak boleh..Senang cerita , hani fikir, kalau benda tu ada tepung gandum putih tu jgn ambik..cth biskut & kuih..
Nak makan ais krim..pilih yg takder susu tu..yg perisa buah..Air kopi, teh, milo..apa-apa yg manis/ada peris/susu pekat semua ice tak minum..Gluk gluk gluk air kosong setiap hari, kalu teringin sgt pun minum Coke Light..Dan bila dah turun weight and nak menten dulu, minum ais limau ke, sirap limau ke.. |

thanks chill & ice 2. kalau ramai2 joint camtu baru syok ye !. last week hani berjaya kurangkan 2 kg. tu pun 1/2 week ikut diet ni secara tak serius. minggu ni baru stat betul2. setakat 1 week ni :
berat ( lps 1 mggu) : 60 kg
memang tinggal terus mee, nasi terambil sikit2 tp tak lebih 1 senduk, termakan jugak biskut jacob tu. sekeping dah 6grams carb.
Minggu 2: lebih semangat lagi ! ramai member kat ofis joint sama.Hani siap buatkan jadual utk depa & mail to my sis kat kl sama.Nak tau apa hani makan ?
isnin: pagi- 2 kpg cheddar + 1 kpg salad + air kosong ( semestinya air hidup
semulajadi )
tghri- ikan goreng sekor + udang tepung( tak makan tepungnya)
mlm- vege ladna
air kosong gluk gluk gluk !
selasa: pagi- sama cam semalam
tgh hari - rasa nak makan ayam goreng kat kantin .
mlm - tak tau lagi... sok la cerite
camna ice & chill. oke ke apa yg hani makan tu ?
masalah besar bukan nasi , tapi hani ni suka ngap2 jajan( kudapan) tu yg selalu terambil biskut jacob yg masih ada separuh tin kat umah. bahaya la!

breakfast : scrambble egg with slice kraft cheese and grilled tomato
lunch : grilled macarel with kani salad
dinner : yong tau foo (jgn ambik kuey tieow dia)
pastu air semalam dah minum 8 botol air mineral yg 500ml tu
12 april 2005 (tuesday)
bfast : telur setengah masak ngan bfast beef 2 strips
lunch : dekat kedai kat office, ambik 3 jenis sayur + ayam kpg goreng berrempah
malam kang tak tau lagi ape  |
