nak kurus, badan sihat buang toksin semua tu, uols puasa aje... buat isnin dan khamis pun dah cukup...

i amalkan itu aje selama ini.. alhamdulilah berat maintain...

hari lain i buat IF.. last makan pukul 6petang...esoknya pukul 12tghri baru makan... trust me, u akan rasa badan ringan sangat...dan InshaAllah sakit pun kurang
