Kalau mak iols dia rendam dgn air beras lama2 utk hilangkan pedas

oh boleh try nanti, sebab ada ketika kena tipu dgn nsk, dicampurnya cili kerinting dgn lawa, menangis rasa time mkn tu, pedas sangat jadi cili

Kalau nak cili kering yang tak pedas beli yang jenis berkilat dan besar. bukan berkilat kurus, yang tu pedas...  Ni iols cari gambar kat tenet.

Yang warna dia cantik sangat merah dia bila buat masakan, tapi tak pedas langsung. Boleh cuba sikit dulu nak masak. Besar dan lurus tau. saiz dia gedabak sikit

Yang sederhana pedas tu yang kerinting, yang paling pedas yang licin kurus saiz sama macam keriting tu.

Ni tuk petua cili kering la, ni dr pengalaman iols masak guna cili2 kering yang ada dijual di pasar malam etc

Kalau dah guna cili lurus besar gabak tu nak pedas campur sikit dengan cili keriting tu nak bagi pedas n nak dapatkan warna yg cantik dalam masakan.


Cili besar tu warna dia memang cun merahnya tapi tak pedas langsung. Selamat mencuba yuolls

Ni iols dapat kat tenet, moga bermanfaat kat acik2 cabai sekalian.

Yang dalam gambar cili kering besar tu realitinya saiz lebih besar warna lebih pekat dr cili2 kering yang lain. cilinya juga tebal dan biji kurang. Dalam gambar ni nampak warna dan saiz sama ja dengan cabai2 yg lain

Lada kering yg pedas sudah tentu saiznya besar sikit, dan kulitnya licin berseri.... Kalau nak yg tak pedas.. Pilih yg merekok nampak tua kerepot.. Kulit berkedut seribu bahasa... Selalunya yg tak pedas ni made in india... Saya pengemar sambal... & simple... Tak patah nak kari, asam pedas, masak poyak bagai... Sy kurang makan semua tu.... Kalau ada sambal... Coz sambal still in top 1 in my hearts.... So bab2 cili kering ni selalunya saya yg beli dan pilih... Wife je yg masakkan... So kalau tersalah pilih... Saya terpaksalah terima hakikat dan menghadapi sambal yg super pedas gitu....
