Stephen King's The Shining merupakan mini seri televisi tiga episode (tersimpan dalam dua disc yang menggunaka disc dua sisi dan satu sisi). Kisah ini dibuat berdasarkan novel karya Stephen King yang juga pernah difilmkan Stanley Kubrick dengan judul The Shining (1980) dengan bintang utama Jack Nicholson, Shelley Duvall, serta Danny Lloyd. Kisahnya berpusat pada keluarga Torrance yang terdiri dari suami istri Jack Torrance (Steven Weber), Wendy Torrance (Rebecca De Mornay), serta anak mereka Daniel 'Danny/Doc' Torrance (Courtland Mead). Suatu hari Jack Torrance yang tengah menjalani program pemulihan karena kecanduan alkohol diterima bekerja mengurus hotel bernama Overlook Hotel yang didirikan pada tahun 1909. Pekerjaan ini hanya dijalani selama musim. Jack yang sebelumnya berprofesi pengajar dan sulit memperoleh kerja langsung mengajak istri dan anaknya tinggal di hotel tersebut yang memang ditinggalkan para staf untuk liburan musim dingin. Awalnya mereka senang. Selain memiliki pemandangan yang indah, hotel yang konon pernah ditempati empat presiden Amerika itu pun menyediakan segala fasilitas. Namun, hari berikutnya adalah mimpi buruk. Hal ini sebenarnya telah dirasakan oleh Danny atau Doc' Torrance yang memang memiliki indra keenam menjelang keberangkatan ke hotel tersebut.

Akan tetapi, untuk kebahagiaan sang ayah yang ingin bekerja dan berniat menjadi penulis, Danny mengabaikan "penglihatan" nya. Tatkala mimpi buruk berbentuk bisikan dan wujud para "penghuni" Outlook Hotel mengancam jiwa mereka, Danny atau Doc Torrance pun bertindak.

"The Soul" mengisahkan sepenggal perjalanan hidup yang kelam dari seorang juru rawat bernama Astrid (Marcella Zalianty). Kekelaman hidup Astrid dimulai saat ia mengalami perkosaan selepas pulang bertugas. Selain diperkosa, Astrid pun mengalami penganiayaan dari para pemerkosa yakni Dayat (George Ananda) dan Herman (David Rene), serta kehilangan Kikan, putri semata wayangnya yang masih berusia enam tahun, yang dibawa lari oleh Roni (Iqbal M Pakula), teman kedua pemerkosa tersebut. Setahun kemudian, Astrid masih mengalami trauma yang mendalam serta memendam rasa kehilangan atas Kikan yang tak jelas keberadaannya. Tak heran, bila Astrid sulit berkonsentrasi saat bekerja sehingga ditegur sang atasan dan berulangkali mendapat keluhan dari pasien yang dirawat. Bahkan, sahabat karibnya Dewi (Renni Umari) merasakan Astrid mengalami gangguan jiwa. Hal ini dikarenakan Astrid berulangkali bertingkah dan bercerita bahwa ia merasakan kehadiran Kikan

Hindustan movie

Story: The story opens in a gloomy locale of Ooty with an evil spirit surfacing upon taking the life of a woman. A clairvoyant Professor Agni (Ashutosh Rana) comes to know about this and, therefore, warns something evil is loaded for the near future.

Now we are introduced to Sanjana Dhanraj (Bipasha Basu) and her hubby Aditya Dhanraj (Dino Morea) in a razzmatazz party. Aditya is an affluent leading hotel owner who takes little care of his wife even though theirs is a love-marriage. Sanjana is unhappy with her husband and tries a lot to uphold her domestic happiness but to no use. Finding that there is no chance of his turning into a loving hubby, she desperately takes lots of sleeping tablets and hurries out in a car and meets with a horrible accident. But fortunately she is saved without even a scratch on her body, thanks to the evil sprit. From here begins a slight turn in her manner.

As a result of her accident, Aditya realizes his mistake and wants to save their marriage for which he wants to take her to a long-trip anywhere in the world where there is no busy life. Sanjana chooses Ooty as their trip and incidentally it is the place where they fell in love.

They land in a guesthouse. The nightmare begins. The apparition starts haunting Sanjana with her awful screams sparing Aditya. She tells her hubby, but he is heedless. Soon she becomes fed up with the screams and the bizarre things happening around her, and ultimately takes help of her friend Shruti Ulfat who takes her to Professor Agni for a remedy.

Professor Agni is always shown with a prophetic tenor predicting the coming danger. His tone and his off-the-wall way of describing the acts of the evil spirit, is commendable. He plays the role of an exorcist. He gives some suggestions to Sanjana.

Sanjana is a courageous woman and wants to know why the evil spirit is particularly haunting her and what is the link with her. After chanting mantras suggested by Professor Agni and followed by terrifying situations, she comes to know the sinister "Raaz" between her husband Aditya and the evil spirit, Malini.

Malini was an insane girl. One rainy night she fled from her house and took refuge in Aditya's guesthouse. She was alone and he was alone and there was fire rising in their minds and hearts. The atmosphere was chilly. In a short time the fire ended up with both sharing an intimate physical relationship. When Malini came to know that Aditya was already married, she madly urged Aditya to divorce Sanjana and accept herself as his wife for which he bluntly rejected. Seeing that there was no way out, in her insane disposition, she committed suicide before Aditya pronouncing that she would not rest until she gets him back. After the death she turned into a wandering evil spirit to get her love back.

The spirit wants to get Aditya anyway and Sanjana wants to defeat her anyway. Well for the sake of your further interest and curiosity, we leave the rest of the story on the screen. Guy, just see and enjoy the m阬閑 between the "supernatural-Souten" and the "Bharatiya Nari" for their respective goals and know who will win in the end and how.

Hindustan Movie

The story revolves around a young couple, Vishal (Ajay Devgan) and Swati (Urmila Matondkar). They have recently shifted to a posh flat in an apartment situated in the heart of Mumbai. Before long, Swati learns that the earlier residents of the flat had committed suicide by jumping from the balcony. And a series of bizarre visions begin to trouble Swati, which drive her to almost psychosis.

Initially a non-superstitious Vishal doesn't believe her, and even as she suddenly succumbs to wacky behaviour, he feels she has some psychological problem. He consults a psychiatrist, Dr. Rajan (Victor Banerjee). Although the doctor tries his best to cure her, Vishal sees no improvement in Swati.

Meanwhile, in an unfortunate event, a murder occurs in the apartment and Inspector Liyaqat Quereshi (Nana Patekar) is sent to investigate into the case. Interestingly enough, the cop has been on the look-out of the criminal in the suicide mystery. As he suspects Vishal and Swati, he sets his eyes all the time on them.

The housemaid (Seema Biswas) who had also worked for the previous residents of the flat reveals the truth that Swati is possessed by a spirit, and suggests Vishal to get help from the exorcist (Rekha). And much to everyone抯 terrific shock, yet another horrible truth surfaces that the death of the ex-resident was not a suicide, but a murder by a neighbor (Fardeen Khan). What happens next is everyone抯 guess, but how it happens cannot be guessed unless you see the movie.

cerita lakonan suzanna memang best tapi i suka sekali gambar indon cerita "engabadian Setan" fuhhh macam real bila dia panggil mayat tu bangun untuk kacau family tuh...

Cerita memang seram nixz dah tengok hampir 4 kali... tapi kalau cerita stephen kings nih kena tengok trus kalau skip tak paham langsung ceritanya pasal mystery...

Synopsis: This light semi-horror anthology consists of three individual stories which are loosely connected by cast and concept:

Copy Tombstone: Seven people play tricks on one another until one of them finally dies.

Lost: A husband can still communicate with his wife via the telephone after a fatal accident.

Ghost Theater: A man and woman go to the theater and accidentally sit in a seat reserved for a ghost boss. This naturally, does not sit well with the vengeful ghost.

Troublesome Night 2
This is one kooky movie. Three DJs host "The One O'Clock Terror", a radio show where listeners call in to tell ghost stories. The movie is made up of three such stories, each centering on one of the DJ's. They are linked with a vague continuity that completely falls apart when you think about it later. Elements are introduced and never followed up, and the whole thing has an arbitrary "And then they die" plotline. But what the hell; while it's running it's an enjoyable and wacky little horror comedy. It also has my current favourite subtitle: "My boyfriend was hit death by falling bottle." The gore is played for laughs, although the floating dead pig is definitely a real dead pig, and the ox eyes that Long Hair holds against his eyeballs at midnight to see the ghost of the radio caller he advised to commit suicide are definitely real ox eyes. Ew, gross. And no, you don't need to see Troublesome Night 1, because this offbeat little film still won't make any sense.


Troublesome Night 3
This is Part 3 of 6 (so far) in this series of supernatural anthologies. Three linked stories revolve around a team of funeral service providers. First a make-up artist has to get creative when his favorite pop idol dies in a car accident. Then strange things start happening when the daughter of a dead woman is cheated out of her money. Finally, one of the team faces death after being dumped by her fiance.

Looking at it from this perspective, the film is actually touching and sweet

A garish tabloid magazine makes a splash by printing the face of a dead model on its cover. Soon, the editors and reporters begin to be killed off, one by one, and two detectives must try to appease the angry ghost. From the director of THE UNTOLD STORY. Four reporters from a tabloid company stalks a model to write uncalled-for stories about her. The model just broke up with her rich boyfriend and later commits suicide to escape all the pressure. The reporters relentlessly post the photos of the aftermath of her suicide in their tabloid magazine. Years later, the reporters begin to fester and die violent deaths, and an inspector is assigned to track down the person responsible for their deaths. In addition, the inspector swears he has seen the model roaming around the crime scenes, even if it has been four years after her death!

When mysterious deaths begin to happen on the set of a music video, the lead singer investigates the mysterious deaths of a young couple twenty years earlier, which may be related to the current spooky events.

Troublesome Night 10
Business has been great for Mr. Cheon this year, and he decides to reward his staff with a trip to Cheung Chau. Business savvy penny-pincher that he is, Mr. Cheon selects a building to rent for the trip based on its incredibly low rental rates, fully aware that many people have died there of unnatural causes. It's not long before the group has their first encounter with one of the building's ex-tenants.


Troublesome Night 11
A group of friends finds a dead body while doing voluntary beach clean-up duty. They quickly report the body to the police; but when the police arrive, the body has vanished. The gang then takes it upon themselves to solve the mystery, a la Scooby Doo.


Troublesome Night 12
Sun and Aki are beauty consultants. Their boss sends them to the company's new branch in Shenzhang to be the branch managers. In fact, they are being used to explore the business opportunities in the new area. Sun and Aki go to the disco after work. A strange man, Mr. Cheng, comes up to them and requests them to provide beauty service for his disabled wife. Sun takes the order and learns that Mr. Cheng is a very rich and well-known man in town. However, upon servicing Mrs. Cheng, Sun realizes that she is in fact a ghost. Sun runs back to the beauty center in terror. Mr. Cheng is non too pleased to hear that Sun has discontinued beauty services for his dead wife, and he insists that Sun continue her work.

Ho's father owns big businesses in Thailand. May and Lik (Acted by Ken Wong) work for them. One day, Ho rapes May and kills her. He buries her body and rushes to Hong Kong. Bud Gay, Bud Yan, Pat, and Kou go to Thailand together. They meet Hok (Acted by Anita Chan) and employ her as their tourist guide. Pat and Kou suggest to go to the beach and swim. The boat is capsized and Bud Gay is drowned and he sees May. He got a gold chain and May's spirit is attached onto the chain. After they have arrived in Hong Kong, May goes to get Ho. Ho is scared and seeks help from Mrs. Bud. May tells Mrs. Bud (Acted by Law Lan) she was killed by Ho. Mrs. Bud is difficult to judge...

Gay is being charged of keeping drugs. Mrs. Lung visits him and realizes that there is a demon following him. To save him, Mrs. Lung decides to send Yan into the prison. With the work of Yan, the warden invites Lung to get the demon. Lung finds out the story of the demon: the demon's husband was imprisoned by mistake and commited suicide in the prison. The demon wanted to prove her love and killed herself too. Finally, Lung goes to the graveyard behind the prison where the warden discloses that her husband is buried here. However the demon is taking revenge against those who fool her around as cannot find her husband at the graveyard...

dari 19 episode nixz dah tengok hampir 12 episode rata semuanya ok...
