you can prepare tons of mistakes when speaking not your language. but in football match, you can't prepare to make mistakes. if you prepared mistakes before any match, sure you will lose the game, your teammate lose, you country lose.
this is why malaysia had never won any international hockey cups, major football tournament.
you apologize for your mistakes even before the game starts.
