Marjerin
Lada Sulah
| Salad dihiris
Bawang Besar dipotong dadu
Timun dihiris
Cili Merah dihiris
Limau nipis (ambil jusnya) | Cara: | Hancurkan sardin. Masukkan bawang, cili, lada sulah dan jus limau.
Sapukan marjerin dan mayonis di atas roti.
Letakkan timun dan salad di atas roti kemudian sapukan dengan sardin tadi.
Cantumkan dengan sekeping roti. |

Ingredients- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon 1% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon stick margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups coffee low-fat frozen yogurt, softened
- 20 chocolate wafer cookies
PreparationCombine first 4 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, Cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla extract. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt onto each of 10 cookies; top with about 1 teaspoon toffee syrup and remaining cookies, pressing gently. Freeze at least 1 hour. |

* Bahan pastry:-
* 250 gm tepung gandum
* 1 sudu besar gula kaster
* Sedikit garam
* 125 gm mentega
* 1 biji telur,dipukul sedikit
* 2-3 sudu besar susu sejat
* Bahan inti:-
* 2 biji telur
* 60 gm gula kaster
* 400 gm labu kuning,direbus dan dilecek
* 60 gm tepung gandum
* 30 gm tepung jagung
* 125 ml susu sejat
Cara-cara
1. Pastri:gaul tepung,gula,garam dan mentega.Masukkan telur dan susu sejat F&N,uli menjadi doh.
2. Bungkus dan simpan doh di dalam peti sejuk selama 20 minit.
3. Inti ukul telur dan gula hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan labu,tepung gandum,tepung jagung dan susu sejat F&N,kacau rata.
5. Canai doh dan alas tin pai 25 cm.Tuangkan campuran labu.
6. Bakar pada 190 o c selama 40-45 minit atau hingga masak. |

INGREDIENTS - 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 pint orange sherbet, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 2 tablespoons coconut, toasted
DIRECTIONS - Spread ice cream into crust; spread sherbet over ice cream. Freeze forat least 3 hours. Top with whipped topping. Cover and freeze. At least30 minutes before serving, remove pie from freezer; arrange oranges ontop and sprinkle with coconut.

c) Ingredients (serves 8)
70g unsalted butter, melted
3 tsp powdered gelatine
100g wholemeal biscuits, broken
2 eggs, separated
75g caster sugar
225g mascarpone
1 vanilla bean, split, seeds removed
300ml thick cream, whipped
2 bananas, sliced
50g flaked almonds, roasted
Toffee sauce
150ml thickened cream
75g unsalted butter
150g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Use a little of the melted butter to brush the base and sides of a 20cm springform pan. Line the base with baking paper.
Dissolve gelatine in 2 tablespoons hot water. Set aside. Crush the biscuits in a food processor. Combine remaining butter with biscuit crumbs and press into the base of the pan.
Place egg yolks, two-thirds of the sugar, the mascarpone and the seeds from the vanilla bean in an electric mixer and beat until pale. Add the gelatine and whipped cream. Beat eggwhites and remaining sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheese mixture. Spoon over the base, then refrigerate overnight.
To make the toffee sauce, place all ingredients in a pan over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Then increase heat to high and cook for a further 2 minutes. Set aside to cool, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
To serve, arrange banana slices on top of the cake, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with almonds. |
