boleh dapat 4511, kalau cik pergi sendiri.... cari sendiri kat kampung kampung dia orang.... atau deal terus ngan agen dia orang yang kaki menipu tu... biasanya agen malaysia yang kononnya menipu ni kadang kadang bukan salah depa... tp sebab agen indon dah tipu depa, n depa tak mampu nak tampung kos semula, jadinya... depa pun dicop sebagai penipu...... |

Treating maids well will help bosses in future

KUALA LUMPUR: Households that treat their maids well may forgo maid agency fees to replace those wishing to return home when their permits expire.
This is because the government is looking into allowing employers to directly hire relatives of Indonesian maids who wish to return home.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam said employers need not go through maid agencies as they would be swapping maids rather than rehiring.
When contacted by the New Straits Times, Dr Subramaniam said the procedure would work only if employers and their families maintained good ties with the maids and their families.
He said this would also improve the bilateral relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia, which had soured following several cases of maid abuse.
This resulted in the republic imposing a total ban on Malaysia hiring its maids since 2009.
After a long series of bilateral discussions on the matter, Indonesia agreed to lift the ban with the signing of a memorandum of understanding in May.
Speaking after the launch of the My Skills 2011 free skill training programme for Indian school dropouts here yesterday, Dr Subramaniam said the procedure would be in a list on easing the hiring of maids that the government would submit to Indonesia for approval.
He said Malaysia and Indonesia had set up a joint committee to fine-tune a list of procedures for employers of maids before the release of the republic’s maids to Malaysia.
Asked about the new rates for Indo nesia’s maid agencies, Dr Subramaniam said his ministry, together with the Home Ministry, had held meetings with the agencies over the matter.
“Out of the 100 agencies that we met, about 40 agreed with the RM4,511 fee stipulated in the MoU. Those who agreed can start their transactions once the goahead is given, while others will have to wait for further discussions. ”

Bosses can bypass agents to hire domestic workers from Indonesia

KUALA LUMPUR: Employers can now hire Indonesian maids directly without having to go through agents, Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam said.
This is stipulated under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by both Malaysia and Indonesia on the recruitment of maids from Indonesia in Bandung on May 30.
“For example, if an employer has a maid who wants to return home after her contract ends, and if she has a family member who wants to replace her as a maid, the employer can hire her directly without going through an agency,” he said.
Both countries are in the process of finalising the procedures to be adhered to by employers, added Dr Subramaniam.
He said a contract of agreement between the employer and the maid has to be signed for the direct recruitment and submitted to the relevant agencies in Indonesia and Malaysia for approval.
“The work permit for the Indonesian maid would only be issued after the relevant documents are in order,” he said after the launch of the national-level My Skills 2011 by MIC president Datuk G. Palanivel at Universiti Malaya here yesterday.
Under the MoU, the employer would have to give a day off to the maid once a week or one and a half day's pay if the maid opts to give up the rest day and work instead.
The signing of the MoU ends the freeze imposed by Indonesia on the export of maids to Malaysia in 2009.
This followed reports of abuse by employers here, coupled with the lack of benefits, including a minimum monthly salary, for maids.
On the charges for the recruitment of domestic maids by agencies, he said his ministry and the Home Ministry had a meeting to explain the new rates to local manpower agencies.
Dr Subramaniam said over 30 out of 100 agencies which attended the meeting had agreed to charge RM4,511, the rate agreed upon in the MoU.
“Agencies which agreed can bring in Indonesian maids once recruitment is opened but those who don't will have to wait,” he said.On the MySkills 2011 programme, Dr Subramaniam said over 5,000 skills courses are offered to Indian youth in several government-owned skills training institutes, including the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and the National Youth Skills Institute and Industrial Training Institute.
He said the programme, which provides free training, would increase the standard of living as well as reduce crime rate among Indian youth.

Ni breakdown dia:

• Levy, Permit, Visa for Immigration Dept. Malaysia.
( 1st maid rate applies)

• Transportation cost. (arrival only)
• FOMEMA Medical Examination (abroad & local )
• Recruitment Fees.
2. Advanced Salary(*) : RM 2,400.00 ( RM600 x 4)
3. Payment Mode
• Upon confirmation of biodata : RM 3,200.00
• Upon arrival maid of maid / Handover : RM 5,600.00
4. Maid Salary : RM 600.00
I think price a bit high. And this is before the new MoU takes place between Malaysia-Indonesia. |

Maid ni never ending story laaa... Aku slalu trpk, byr ribu2.. But yg dtg tu tangkap muat jer.. Abes jer waranti, mula buat hal.. Maid indon aku ni, kerja mmg tiptop.. Tp kurang minat nkurus bdk.. Mulut becok giler.. Smpai baper kali dh kena sound ngn aku, jgn menyebok if aku sembang ngan famili aku.. Nasib baik agen willing nk replace maid baru.. Hrp2 ok lah yg baru nnti.. At this moment, aku dh cam give up ngn maid indon ni.. Those yg biasa amik maid tru agensi, jgn la amik yg x train.. Blh sakit jwa.. Nk salahkn diorg pon xleh, mmg diorg x blaja adab2 n cara idop kiter.. Ni pengalaman aku skang ni la..byk harta benda aku jahanam.. Tu pon puas dh kasi inhouse trainng..  |

ina, nurryn, cam yg alia and other maid agen kat sini, to me kira murah la around 5-6K tu..
tp kalau agen berdaftar yg 8-10K tu, konon2 kata train, tp hampas!
cuma tu la..i ni dh byk gila bertukar maid, some of the agents pun phobia gak ngan i..hahah..
but they are good agents, so we all byk2 share stories..so i know part2 yg agen indonesian yg penipu tu..
as for me, simple je la..dh lama dah pun pening kepala ngan maid indon ni..if the current one buat perangai, i'm gonna go for Filipina ones..alang2 agent fee & gaji maid indon pun dah lebih kurang, tp quality takde, at least filipina ni boleh pilih yg ada degree..but bear in mind, attitude, takde agent boleh gerenti la..
having said that..now ni patut ada surplus of maids la..indon & philippines kan dah tak hantar maid to middle east..
tu la..asyik complain psl majikan malaysia yg kejam..cuba korang baca citer "Princess"

Kadang tu ade terfikir jugak, kenapa maid indon ni selalu buat masalah?
Gaji? Tak suke employer? Tak suka jd maid?
Kenapa cambodian maids kurang buat perangai? (yg gaji almost sama dgn indon maids)
Filipino maids maybe sbb gaji tinggi, tp kalau banding cambodian and indonesian pun still indon maids top the list
Agak2 kenapa ya?
