hohohoh.. milo meh la kita sama2 mengira klori tiap2 hari..

ade kwan neh smangt dia lbh skit.. kalo sowang2 neh mcm tak feel.. buat2 gak tp kdg2 overlap gitu.. moleh?

tu la.. kene mkn dgn kerap tp dgn small kuantiti kan?? tp tulah kalo msk sndrik kita ade pilihan kalo mkn kedai mkn susah.. kdg tu smer mknn kari la lemak la gulai rendang kicap sambl mmg problem.. end up kita amekkan mknn tu.. hatta kalorinya dah melebihi target kita..

mlm gen bese mmg amal mkn sblm kul 7 balek trus msk n trus mkn.. kdg tu tertelan gak nasik taw.. sbb lauk tu sedap hohoho.. kdg tu gen mkn lauk saja... gitu.. gen suke sup,, kalo ade sup .. gen tk pndg nasik.. gen hirup sup saja

yp patotlah gen lmbt turun.. turun pon skit saja,,

mgkn cara gen maseh salah.. hatta dah phm ape tu kalori dan kalori burning..

tp cara mengira tuh dah tersasar di jalnmu.. so sgt bertuah bertemu milo

tetibe smangat berkobar2 mcm owang baru merdeka

gen pk gen nak stop minom melo tiap pagi

gen nak bwk uncang green tea ke upis..

smpi upis msk air n celop uncang green tea..

harus sbb melo quite tinggi kalorinya

....err...dn kitaorg akan cuba sedaya yg boleh tuk tak menjadi setuden yg sengal ngn memberi jwpn yg bleh wat kalori terbakar ngn sendiri nye..wakaka...cume soklan2 tu cm ala2 fening nak jawab...maklum..budak baru blaja..

marilah kita mendietkan diri.. sbb bg gen.. la

mcm dulu time gen kurus.. set mekdi tu gen tak bisa abhkan hoke

mkn beger saja dah kenyang gila tak sentoh pong fries kwn yg abehkan.. air pong tu dia.. kene angkot bwk pg.. sbb mmg tak abeh

tp la neh... takat 1 set tu takde hal nak setelkan hoke.. kalo kita kontrol kalori.. so perot akan bese dgn kalori kecil.. so insyaAllah bodi kita boleh menten berat...

nak taw bape kalori secara prorate saja.. arap melo dpt jadik sensei pd kami smer..

   boleh3......heheh snang jer gen... yg pnting skang gen n yeepi kne ada buku nota kecik yg mencatitkan apa bende kite mkn arituu..ecehh..dan msti kira total kalori utk pastikan kalori masuk tidak lebeh gitu...
milo xpandai sgt...tpi suke bace bab2 kalori nih...

ade kwn bru smgt skit kan nk berdiet... kalau x milo pun liat gakk...duk umah mak masak sedap jerr...

gen bleh mkn smua2 tu..tpi amik dlm small portion aje...sekadar merase je gituew..

cmne nk tpek file pdf kt sini ekk??

kalo milo copy dan pastekan dlm qoute boleh??

copy sesiket.. nak paste pdf gen tak prnh wt boleh kah?

ade godaan kt bwh satu ikan keli satu pucuk ubi msk lemak
